Marcus Rousseau
There's a vampire hunter! He shot a crossbow in the direction of Marcus. The arrow zipped passed Marcus by an inch. Marcus was relieved but then he didn't see where he was running to and fell down in a thicket fill with bushes. The hunter looked around the clearing, wondering where the vampire was but didn't saw him. He assumed him to fell of the cliff and died.
...
It was hours before Marcus regained back his consciousness. Curse it! There were vampire hunters everywhere in town. He couldn't go to town without being spotted by those pesky hunters. Why do they have to torture vampires, anyway? He tried standing up but felt a great pain. Marcus felt his leg and found it to be bleeding. Gods, no.. He picked a stick nearby and began limping.
...
He was wandering aimlessly for quite some time now, it could be an hour, hoping to find some place to stay, hoping to see a small community. Luckily, after almost losing his breath, he came to a small village. He didn't mind any more what sight he was, he just wanted a place to stay. He knocked on a small house, hoping the owner will be hospitable.
