Good evening~ Here's a basic plot that sounds interesting to me right now-
Paladin (or other heroic type character) and a monster. The monster can be a dragon, witch/warlock, demon, alraune, harpy, or something else entirely.
The townsfolk claim that the monster has been causing some issue, making the livestock sick or making people disappear. Something.
The Paladin goes to defeat the monster only to find he's severely outclassed. (The monster might not even be responsible for whatever problem has been plaguing the locals.) He ends up at his/her mercy.
I'd be the foolish knight-errant boy. The monster can be one of the creatures I mentioned or something else. I leave the monster's gender up to your preference- male, female, or other.
