UPDATE: 3/31/2016 - Anyone that I was writing with, planning with or what have you I owe you a HUGE apology. Last year I lost my son, my grandfather and two dear friends. Each time I thought I was getting around to coming back, where writing might have been possible something kept happening, someone was lost to me. This caused a great deal of depression and I had no drive or desire to write which also meant I gave no thought to this board for which I am very sorry. I never meant to disappear, it's not what I normally do but the entire year last year seemed to get away from me.

I do however ask that people Message me if they are interested, not post on this thread. When you message, please have a pairing and idea of what you are looking for. (If you send me a message simply saying "do you want to rp?" I am going to ignore it. Send me a message with some substance to it. This means, don't just say a pairing, give me an idea of a plot, kinks you'd like to include, questions you may have, that sort of thing. If you send me a message with just pairings, I'll ignore it, if you send me a one line message that gives me no idea what you are really looking for I'll ignore it.) And PLEASE HAVE AN IDEA OF KINKS if not an f-list or k-list. Your first contact with me gives me an idea of whether you are going to be the type to plot as a partner or expect me to do everything. I like to share the planning, if I feel I am the only one contributing I won't bother writing with you.

I don't care what gender you are in real life.

I write 3+ Paragraphs and am looking for those that can do the same.

Plot/Smut ratio is more smut but there has to be some story of some kind.

Because I know it will be asked: I don't class myself as a dom/sub writer.

When I say Dom/Sub for me it is more of who initiates the scenes.

My girls will never be greedy, bitchy, or slut characters even if they are sexual. I don't write prostitutes, bimbos, or airheads. I don't like writing with those types of females. If you are looking for someone to write a greedy bitch, or a bimbo slut I will never be that person. Note: That isn't to say that prior to the start of a plot a character wasn't in a bad situation that required her to do that, but it will not be part of the play.

Images for playby's are a necessity for me, no selfie's. They can be animated, models/actresses, drawings, 3d, and such but if they look like a selfie I will walk away. Also, just because I say images are a necessity doesn't mean I don't add descriptions. And with this I have to say... no exaggerated sized boobs. My females will have b-d cups, maybe even double d but that's rare. If my females start off with A cups in their pics, I will alter the descrip to say they are larger. No offense to anyone that may have A's, but I personally don't like itty bitty titty's. However, I also don't get aroused by huge ass ones either.

All that being said: I am bi-sexual in real life however the following is what I will write in regards to characters.

I write Females the most. Rare occasions I might write a shemale or male but those are only in the cases where they are the pervs and not kind.

One of my friends, an actor, was forced to do a lawsuit against a writer who decided to use his real life name and image in a fiction setting that had his 'character' raping some one and it caused problems when his father found the false article the writer had created for their fiction work.

There are also some cannon worlds I will never write in because those authors have what is called a Cease & Desist order which means they can sue people caught using their worlds/fiction if they so choose.

1. Ten years ago, Zaira's father went to jail for murdering her mother and older brother. Without any other family, Zaira was taken in by her best-friends family and raised along side her best-friend. The day of her sixteenth birthday something happens, dormant powers awaken inside her and she finds herself able to use great magical ability. Without being aware of what she was doing she went from barely having breasts to having D cups, she lost any points where her body seemed imperfect and though still a virgin, became the object of wet dreams and lust. She didn't just do things for herself like that though, she found that others were changed too. The changes she helped others with were meant to help them, she wasn't doing anything with a purpose to harm.

What she doesn't know is that her father killed her mother and brother because he found out what they were and that her friend's father is aware also. He was a hunter of her kind, took her in to see whether or not she would favor her mother and if she did, kill her. However, though she is his daughter's best friend, he has helped raise her and come to care for her more than he is supposed to and at the same time he has begun lusting after her. He tells himself that if he can get the lust out of his system then he could do what he has to do, so it's time to seduce the innocent girl. (I'd be Zaira.)

2. A woman raising her daughter on her own was concerned a few years ago that she would lose her to the state. She had been trying to get a bed & breakfast up and running but was not doing so well. That's when someone came to her and made an offer that she couldn't refuse. A few weeks later a contract was signed and she was given more than enough money to do the renovations she needed and get the bed & breakfast up and running. She had been given five years to get everything going before the person would return for their repayment. Problem was, she didn't read the fine print on the contract that stated their payment would be her daughter. Now, she is faced with losing everything including her daughter or giving her daughter to the person. (For this one, I would play the male or shemale that made the contract up.)

3. The daughter of a decorated Admiral, Kestra is sent for to follow him to a new colony that he has been charged with seeing to the settling and safety of. In order to do so, she is placed into a stasis chamber on board a deep space vessel along with others that are going to this new colony. What no one expects is for the ship to be boarded while most of the inhabitants sleep by an alien species that is seeking a new way to grow their population. She begins to have what she thinks at first are dreams, but is in fact this species starting the process of waking her only to see whether she is adequate for breeding before putting her back in stasis. Each time, she is awakened longer and before she knows what is happening she finds herself being used for breeding. (I'd be Kestra.)​

Basic History (faked history for Starfleet):

Lorena was born to a full blooded MicMac couple in Maine where she lived for her first six years on a reservation. Her parents realized that she was learning rather quickly and sent her to a regular school where she quickly rose in grades until at age twelve she was a high school junior. General Montoya heard from the Air Force recruiter that a 12 year old was in her Junior year in high school and talking to him about wanting to be a pilot. After gaining permission from both her parents he allowed her into the training which she managed to pass and he then placed her in classes for both Air Force and Starfleet Academy, which she managed to finish all her Master's and Associate courses by the time she was 20. Seven years she'd spent in schooling.

She then went into regular training for missions and piloting. Once she reached the Lt. Commander position she was given her first official mission into which she would be going undercover. Several missions later she was given the rank of Commander but soon found that she was bored far too easily and decided not to re-up when the time came. Instead she applied to a Starbase for a simple scientific position. Seeing her credentials they placed her in with several other science officers that were working in Research and Development.

Applying herself carefully, in many ways she disappeared into her work until she was about to reach a break through in a quantum flux generator that would allow a secondary power source for any vessels that it was attached to. She was given leave to test it and when it past the test for Air support and ground support there were only two area's left. Water. Space.

Finally, after what seemed ages, she recieved leave to test the QFG in the water on Earth where she tested it on a submarine. Then it was time for her to try and find a way to place the QFG on a shuttle, but the ones she needed to be able to get a hold of were for Starfleet Personel only. Having already attended the Academy, she was able to mention that she was ready for active duty and become assigned to a small outpost. The QFG remained untested due to lack of access to the shuttles.

Transfer orders were recieved and she was enroute when the ship she traveled on was attacked, the hull breached and her QFG lost into space.

As a civilian, or off duty, she normally is not seen as being the Officer type or anything along that lines. She often dresses herself in Native American garments and very rarely speaks unless she finds it necessary. In fact upon first meeting her many have thought that she might be mute, though after she relaxed they would be surprised to find out otherwise. She doesn't like to speak about herself, or about her training to anyone, feeling that it's the same as bragging. And she does not in anyway act superior to others or judge others in any manner. She also prefers not to use her combat knowledge unless people she is close to are in danger. Many enemies have mistaken her for an innocent and weak woman until she was given a reason to prove them wrong.

The only languages she has learned other then English are Greek, MicMac and Cherokee.

Nickname: Ana

Affiliate: Agency (Major) / Lowjacker

Gender: Female

Hair: Black hair that hangs just below the arch of her back in waves.

Eyes: Coal Black

Height: 5'10

Distinguishing marks: A half face plate of metal often covers a rather ugly scar that rests on her left cheek. If the scar is seen it looks like very bad burn marks. No one knows where they came from or anything about them. Those that see them often find themselves torn between asking about them or trying not to get sick.

Talents: Equipped with a com unit, voice activated stun gun, two inhibitor collars, two flash grenades, canister of mace and a molecular shifting suit she makes use of being in the Agency. She is quick and stealthy and the perfect spy for the moment.

Basic Personality: Wise, witty and doesn't take anything from anyone. She has her secrets and she hides them well but when she makes a friend she is devoted to them and loyal.

Background:

If asked Ana would not be able to tell anyone anything about most of her life, the most she remembers is suffering all forms of abuse from someone but who she's unable to say. The only other things she can say is from school records she was an average B and C student who went to school every day. Her first 'real' memory is of waking up in a hospital at the age of 19 from what she was told anyway, she had the scars and she had amnesia. The amnesia still has not left her but she has been able to join and train in the agency.

However, unknown to the Agency she has also been working as a Lowjacker and she tries as often as possible to warn the people of Club Synergy before a raid. Unfortunately she isn't able to at all times and it's those times when she herself tries her best to keep at least the key people from being caught. Why she is playing both sides no one knows? She only feels that she is doing the right thing by trying to keep people out of danger.

Personality: Morgan is known to be rather outgoing though
he also likes to have his secrets. He can be romantic when
he wants something or someone but that doesn't always mean
his heart is in it. Despite his usual manner, he is very
hard to read. Looking at him, one would think he's never
known hardship but this isn't an entirely accurate perception.
When his heart does get involved whether in friendship or
in romance he will place his life on the line. Some of those
that come across him seem to think he was born in the wrong
era, since he often uses M'lady and M'lord when addressing
others and shows 'knight-like' tendancies.

History: Daffyd Blackheart was born in Los Angeles to an old
world Scottish couple that had hoped to make it in America.
He had a fond appreciation for music all his life and began
playing several instruments for his own enjoyment. When he
was 13 his family re-located back to Scottland where in order
to help his folks he began taking odd jobs to help pay bills.
When he was 16 a Scottish Delegate was nearly assassinated but
he managed to get to the man and push him down before the bullet
could take the man out.

When he was asked how he knew about the bullet he simply
answered with, "I felt something wasn't right." The delegate
hired him as a bodyguard and paid him well. He did this work
until he was 19 years old, when the delegate had a secret tryst
and died of natural causes while enjoying the pleasures of the
flesh. In an odd twist, a sum of $300,000 was given to his family
from an inheritance the man set up. This gave Daffyd, who was now
being called Morgan the chance to return to his music more often
and in the meantime he met a woman from Ireland, Loraine (known
as Raine) who made him feel real love for the first time.

A year later he was preparing for his wedding when he recieved
a call from an anonymous source telling him to say goodbye to
Raine and then the line went dead. He rushed out of the hotel
where he was getting dressed and made his way over to the house
where his fiance' was preparing for their wedding. When he got
there paramedics were taking out two bodies, rushing over he
saw first Raine's sister a bullet in her chest. With a pain his
heart he knew before the paramedic lifted the sheet so he could
see, that the other body would be his beloved.

Whoever had done this deed had carved his sweet and loving
beloved up. He leaned over and kissed he cheek vowing he
would get revenge. From that day forward he had been rather
cold, putting on a mask of everything being fine, but his
heart had not opened to another for five years. He has
searched everywhere for the person responsable and traced
the killer to Los Angeles, CA but otherwise has no idea
where to look.

Additional Info: During his bodyguard years he was trained
in armed and unarmed combat. He excelled in throwing daggers
and firearms though he prefers the daggers more. No matter
where he goes he always has dagger's and a revolver hidden
upon him, waiting to use them to avenge Raine.

He plays the following instruments though he is
not expecting to go proffesional.

Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, Piano, Sax (but not
the greatest)

He also sings, his voice soft and lilting, almost mesmerizing.

Strengths: His ability to think clearly in most situations,
even if he is emotionally involved.

Weaknesses: His main weakness is found when he learns that
the killer has a new target in mind, or learns a woman is
in danger.

Nickname: Nora
Age: 17
Description/Personality: This young woman stands 5'8. Her skin is creamy and flawless, freckles that once showed had vanished as she passed most of her youth by. Her hair hung across her shoulders in spiraling curls and was a burnished blonde in color. Slender and delicate were two words that could be used to describe the litheness of her form. She has a pair of the most inquisitive and lively emerald green eyes that most ever saw.

Light silver outlined a crescent moon that rested upon her left cheek. That was the only form of make-up she wore, not truly wanting to add anything that she felt detracted from what her mother called natural grace.

Upon her upper body she often wears silken shirts that dip low, the bottom of which barely covers her abdomen. Upon her lower body she is often seen sporting either leather pants or a pair of jeans. Once in a while she will wear a leather skirt. The colors she often wears are either purely black or vary between black and violet or black and forest green.

Around her neck is a silver chain with a pentagram which often remains hidden beneath her shirts. She has a single tattoo on the small of her back that shows a cluster of roses.

She is the type of person that will help anyone, no matter what type of reputation they may have. She doesn't judge anyone before she knows them and she is very outgoing. She can be very strong willed and stubborn when there is a need and she always stands up for her belief's however she will not push them on other people.

She is very protective of those that she considers family even to the point of risking her life for them. She's not afraid to speak her mind, nor is she one to just sit back and watch as things happen around her. She is very secretive about certain aspects of her past and will do anything to keep from talking about those aspects. Independent and strong she does not like to admit to having any weaknesses or needing others. She is normally very laid back, and calm unless there is a need to be otherwise.


Her greatest fear is dying without truly having lived. Her dreams are no longer the same as they once were, she no longer longs for the same things as she did before the virus. Fame and fortune no longer matter. She has no real clue about what her dreams are now, this is something that she feels she will learn in the future. She does however want to be accepted for who she is. When other people aren't looking she will break down during moments of too much stress. Otherwise she puts on an act of everything being just fine.

Hair: Blonde

Eyes: Piercing blue eyes, often filled with either mischief or strength

Height: 5’6

Distinguishing marks: Solaris has a bit of a burn scarring on her left calf from something that happened after the virus, but often she wears clothing that hides the scarring. Other then this, she has a hawk tattoo on the right side of her neck, given her by those that call her Freya. When it comes to make-up, she uses only base earthen colors that enhance her features without causing them to be too apparent.

Talents: Dancing and sports were the things that Solaris often excelled at. The things she enjoyed. Since joining the resistance, she had been trained in various forms of combat ability, taking to it with ease. Dancing seems to have truly helped her take the lessons with ease.

Basic Personality: Sol is the basic tomboy, she enjoys sports with a passion, enjoys learning what she can. She’s strong willed, strong minded and her heart is filled with a sense of justice. She is a natural leader, often capable of stirring people to her cause. Those that she gets close to and considers friends and family will find that she will protect them with her life. She can truly be a force to be reckoned with when angered and the one way to really make her temper fly is to threaten those that she cares about. She is also considered to be a voice of reason and wisdom, Tola has come to see her as a part of the inner circle and an advisor.

Background:

Solaris was born as the eldest twin to Diane and Jim Peterson, her sister Amber born a few minutes later. Diane and Jim were a fantastic couple, wonderful and loving parents. The family was well to do but despite this neither of the twins were snotty or acted cruel to those that might not have been as lucky. Bellevue Heights had pretty much everything, from swimming pools, to tennis courts. The homes had walk in closets, large rooms, island kitchen, the works. She and her twin were extremely close as they grew up, the epitome of what being a twin was all about. They would swap clothing, talk about things they felt but when their mother who had fallen ill died, Solaris began to drift away.

Their father Jim developed a romantic relationship with the woman that had nursed their mother in the last years of her life and soon married her. Solaris felt as though her father was trying to replace her mother by putting Lucy into their lives like that and because of it, she despised the idea of living under the same roof, so she had moved into the flat above the garage. It pained her that Amber seemed to handle the change better and actually hung out with Lucy but she also knew her sister hadn’t forgot their mother from late night conversations they had.

Outside of family life, Solaris was popular at school, took dance lessons after school and spent time doing different types of public speaking, putting together groups that fought for certain things such as environmental causes. When in high school, she had even done a petition to get the sports committee’s to allow females to be active in all programs, which allowed her to play American style football alongside the males in school. She enjoyed playing sports, whether it be baseball, football, soccer, or even simply shooting pool.

Just as much as she liked sports, she liked shopping but most times found herself buying things for other people, friends or family. When the twin’s birthday came around, Solaris was big on getting things for Amber, always planning weeks ahead. Then just before they hit fourteen, a virus struck and all around the world people were getting ill, Solaris got in an extremely volatile argument with Lucy that caused her to flee, deciding that she would live just fine on her own.

She told Amber, she was going to go find somewhere that they could live on their own and she would come back, however that wasn’t to be. Upon her leaving the surrounding area she was captured by a rogue group of kids that had begun calling themselves a Tribe as more and more adults died. They attempted to make Solaris into a slave but her strength of will and determination had her working for months to find a way to escape. When she finally did, she made her way back home only to find that Amber was gone, her parents dead.

On her way through the suburb she ran into an old friend and the two began traveling together. Months later, they had joined another group of nomadic kids and become a family. However, one night their tribe was attacked, many members were killed. Sol had been away gathering supplies and when she returned it was just in time to see her friend being carted away in chains, her appearance showing that she had been violated. Other girls were in much the same disarray.

Being smart enough to know that she couldn’t take the group before her on by herself, Solaris had remained hidden. Then, slowly she followed the group, careful to remain unseen until she stumbled into a small camp where she learned the members around the camp were working to overthrow the same bastards that had attacked her tribe. Their leader, Tola offered her a place among them and she took it.

A few weeks later, during their first coup against a small raiding party that their enemy had sent out, after Tola and another member had given her a few lessons in combat, Solaris went in like an avenger and when she was done, a joke was made calling her Freya. The name stuck. Freya in Norse history was a blue eyed, blonde haired goddess of war, love, beauty and battle among other things.

She has remained a member of the resistance which has grown in magnitudes since she first joined, her inner prayer being that she will find her sister well and can make up to her for not being there for her. There was one mishap during a raid they made on the enemy where she ended up having to go in after someone in a building that had begun to burn, this was where she had her calf get burned and ended up with scarring but she managed to get one of her resistance members out safely despite the injury.

Distinguishing marks: Dagger tattoo’s mark both her palms, a sign of the group that first gave her the name Tola and a sign that she intends to fight not just as a leader, but personally.

Talents: For the most part, she was extremely good at leading groups, hosting parties, getting people to follow whatever she was doing.

Basic Personality: Before the virus she was always bright, never letting herself appear down no matter what the mood was around her. She was good at bringing a smile to the faces of her friends and even strangers with simply a word. After the virus, a part of her inner sunshine dimmed and she became more detached, her only real concern her brother, Slade. But, after something happened to her, she found herself becoming angry, exacting and deciding to take justice into her hands along with those that followed her. She formed the resistance out of a need for vengeance and justice, a need to stop others from causing mass destruction and harm. Though there is a part of her inside that is still slightly broken, no one ever sees it. She keeps herself from getting too close, even those she considers friends only get so close. She doesn’t allow herself to trust easily, realizing that in the world the way it was, anyone could be a hidden enemy.

She will not ask a single member of the resistance to do anything she herself isn’t willing to do. It’s her nature.

Background:

Carla was the eldest of the Baker family, having a younger brother named Slade and an even younger half brother. Their family was close, happy and extended by many aunts and uncles that all lived nearby plus doting parents and grandparents always around. Carla was seen as the lively and popular girl in the town, the elderly always knew she’d help them with things, the needy always had a friend, parties were a smash hit with her as hostess.

She held sleepovers often, many including her fellow cheerleaders. Garth, their father was away often, his truck driving was what allowed them to have the content life they led. Yet, unknown to Slade and Carla, things weren’t as content as they had thought. Their mother, was actually rather unhappy which they didn’t know about until she left when Slade was only 9 years old. Carla tried to make things up to her brother but she could tell that he was just never the same.

The more she tried, the more it seemed her brother was pulling away and becoming a loner. Then, their father met a new woman, Grace who gratefully began to pull her brother out of his slump and she felt she had her brother back. Carla once again had her brother to annoy her and they had a great deal of fun. Then, when she thought their family was finally going to enjoy happiness, her father was struck down by an illness that they couldn’t determine the cause of. He was plagued by headaches, a debilitating illness just constantly growing.

One day, while she was with her boyfriend she’d just started seeing a month before, his mom was rushed to a quarantine area along with the entire family. The symptoms were similar to her fathers. She rushed home to tell her family and the fear screamed through her. They couldn’t lose their father. It was then doctors came in to move their father too and they were told the President would be making an announcement in the morning.

That morning, Carla and Slade sat beside each other, Carla reaching out to hold her brothers hands as they waited for answers, for hope. That was when the world was turned into turmoil and they were told that evacuations were going to be done. Carla was determined that she was going to see her father and her boyfriend Jim wanted to see his mother, so they both tried to break in, only to end up arrested for the attempt.

Her step-mother, Grace came and got her out, taking her home but Carla snuck back out and went to Jim who had been released on his own recognizance and they spent the night holding each other and talking about how they were certain their life would never be the same. They also realized they would probably end up drifting apart because of the chaos in the city. They spent a few weeks together and she checked in with Slade at times, but when Grace died and her father was gone, she couldn’t handle things and ran. Of course, Slade had in that time shared the truth with her.

A part of her was broken and she just couldn’t do it anymore. Then, a few months later, she returned having met someone that had given her some words of advice that she had decided to follow. She was going to get her brother and take him somewhere safe. When she returned however, she found the chaos was worse then ever, her brother was gone and she did the only thing she could think of, she found a tribe of kids that made their living tracking and asked them to find her brother.

She worked out payment and gave them part payment before they started. Weeks later, she finally heard back from them, they had her brother and she had to work to get the rest of the bounty together but when she finally did she gave them the promised payment in full upon being led to Slade. When she first saw him again, she felt her heart being ripped, they hadn’t taken as good of care of him as she had expected but at least he was alive.

She led him away, as far as she could before she stopped by a river to rest with him beside her. Seeing him again, helping clean him up, she was assaulted with the knowledge that Angie who they had both thought was their real mother was in fact not, while Grace was in fact their birth mother. They could have been a television drama family, had it not been real.

She’d made a life for them in a small town, settling in and setting up shop so to speak. The town was a bit rough, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as it could have been. She took their travel slow, guiding him toward Liberty and then as they entered the town, she introduced him to Ruby who ran the Saloon. While Slade was getting adjusted, she hung around until she needed to get more supplies. When she left, she was captured and taken into a facility by a group of sadists, for weeks she suffered under their hands and then she was released when they assumed she would die.

Found by a nomadic tribe, they helped her recover, practically saving her life. Most of the time she was out of it, they hadn’t had anything to call her so one of them just for the hell of it called her Tola. Upon hearing it, she questioned and he explained it had been the name of a warrior woman in his older sisters novel, but his sister had died with the virus. Feeling honored, she kept the name and began working towards building a resistance after learning that this tribe had formed because of the same people that had attacked her.

She didn’t want to go back to Slade, she didn’t want him to know what she had suffered. And she had chosen that rather then suffering as a victim, she was going to become an avenger. For nearly two years, they have been building their numbers, getting together supplies, training and exacting small coups. She was determined the enemy would be kept edgy, never knowing when the resistance would act. They built up several places to use as bases.

The only problem they had was they needed to know more about the enemy and then they learned there was another group where people were suffering and she made it their mission to take down both. Those that follow her do so because they believe in her cause, those in her inner circle do much to prove themselves. Unknown to Slade, she has people that checked in on him from time to time to make certain that these bastards never got him.

Affiliate: Undercover among the Death Walker's.

Physical Appearance: Standing nearly six foot tall, she is often seen as an enigma because of her height, which is mostly due to her long and lean legs. Her hair, which is a light blonde unnaturally, has some blue and red streaks. The underneath section of her hair near her neck is shaved off while the rest falls loosely to just above her shoulders. Her eyes have a strangely natural violet tinge to them, which seems to be something that runs in her family. These eyes have a way of seeing through people, or seeming to when one meets her gaze directly. Though in the same form, if she chooses, her eyes will reveal nothing of her thoughts, though much times they are filled with mischief

Clothes: Her clothing choice consists of tight fitting leather or jeans. Her shirts, when seen without the covering of a trench coat are usually a black leather or suede on the occasion she’ll wear t-shirts with logo’s of old bands such as Megadeth, Led Zeppelin or sometimes with writing saying things like, “Come get me, asshole.” Or “Beware The Bitch.” She often wears black combat boots on her feet.

Jewelry: A black silver studded choker wraps around her neck in a thin band and then she sports several piercing's. She has a nose ring, just a small silver stud. Then, she has a double tongue piercing, while having dual cartilage piercing's in both ears with simple cuff style earrings, one of which has a small chain leading down to lower ear piercing's on her lobes. In total she has four piercing's in each ear. A hearing aid is seen in her left ear.

Personality: Lace is known for being rather energetic, fun loving and definitely outgoing. She’s a friendly sort, always one to try to get along with everyone, hates when she has enemies, but even then she doesn’t let it get to her. Even with all the losses suffered from the virus, she’s optimistic. There are those in the past that called her little miss sunshine because when she smiled it seemed to cause others to be unable to keep from smiling. As open as she is, she is also capable of being serious or showing no reaction. For those that don’t know the real her, they would be apt to believe any face she has on at that time. There is a small part of her that misses the comforts she had before the virus but she was never stuck up despite her success before the virus.

Talents: A consummate actress, Lace always manages to land on her feet because she can play any part that is needed. She has had various forms of lessons from before the virus and some that continued after the virus. From fencing, to firearms training, from dancing and singing to martial arts and cooking, her past has prepared her most for this present part of her life.

Background:

Jasmine was born into a family that had been in the performing arts for years. It was only natural that she would join them, gaining acting lessons, singing lessons, playing varied instruments and anything else that might be required for a role. Her first role of course had come even before she could take lessons, as an infant in a televised movie. Then, she was an infant in a series, growing up on that series for four years before starting to prepare for larger jobs. Her roles varied for the next few years, her family for the most part consisted more of being her agent and her assistants. She was for all intents a child star with no real family life. Still, she didn’t feel the lack as those that cared for her and her instructors doted on her.

She was quick at taking instruction, good with her school work and as she grew up, she decided she wanted to do her own stunts. This gave her more credits to her name because as she did, she was able to be a stunt double for some other movies even if she wasn’t cast herself for the part, and she did her own stunts for her own parts. At age 13, she was contracted to record a soundtrack for one of the movies she was also acting in. This caused her to end up recognized in the music business. While in the music business, she was in an accident that cost her a portion of her hearing in both ears, though one was worse then the other so she wears a hearing aid.

For all her success, there was one thing that many continued to say for her and that was that she never let it go to her head. She always kept herself down to earth, wanting to be treated the same as others when she went to public events. At one event, she was captured in photo’s and video tapes going outside and taking food to a couple of homeless children she’d seen. This caused an uproar but as she began doing homeless advocacy things, it became the ‘thing’ to do for a while.

A month from her sixteenth birthday, after having received acting awards and music awards, her world came tumbling down. Death’s started running rampant as a virus swept through, her parents were struck down, her agent and then one by one the few friends she had, which all had been older then her, began dying. One by one, she was slowly left alone to fend for herself.

For the first year, she came to see that though most would have thought an actress to be the one not to survive, she had learned enough in her research and training to help her live on. She traveled from place to place, joining up only briefly with random tribes, trading entertainment for food and other supplies. It was certainly an interesting life to be sure and one that held fun for her. A few guys on her journey tried to convince her to settle down and stay with them, but she would simply tell them in some form of accent that she simply was not the wife kind and could not stay in one place.

Then she came to Liberty where she stayed for a couple of months, entertaining in the Saloon for the cost of her room and getting men to pay for her drinks. A few days later, making camp outside the city she was located by a group of men that had a rather nasty and dangerous look about them. Her first reaction was to kick their asses and that exactly what she set out to do, but outnumbered she found herself downed after taking out some and just as she passed out she heard the sound of more fighting.

When she came to, a woman stood over her and laughingly said she liked Jasmine’s style and wanted her to join their resistance. After talking things over, hanging out and learning what the situation was in this new city far from where she’d made her home, she had agreed but on her own terms. She spent the next year learning more fighting skill and then made her own choice to put her acting skills to work.

Needless to say, her acting paid off and earned her a position among the Death Walker’s, where she remains as a guard. She finds that working undercover suits her and even Caleb has left her alone for the most part, though at first it wasn’t the case, but now since she sings and keeps some of his ‘men’ happy, she’s left uninjured at the least. Of course, if he knew the whole truth she would probably be kept in one of his cells. Still, she had her reasons and since the force she had been with didn’t agree with her plan, she was in many ways alone, but that suited her fine.


Lace as she was now called… the name given to her by one of her former lovers because of her enjoyment of wearing laced clothing, was determined to find everything she could to bring down Caleb and then she’d go and try the same tactics to bring down Viper.

Personality: She is wise beyond her years often finding that she is sought out for her advice amongst the peasant's that live upon the land that makes up Glencarin. She is also very open-minded and friendly, often she is helping people no matter what their social status may be. She has a loving nature but she is also strong willed and can be fierce when it comes to protecting those that she cares about.

Appearance: When she can get away with it she will be found wearing men's clothing. Her attitude on such things is that she can do much more without the burdens of all the trappings women must endure. When she has to wear a gown it is always one that is of a neutral color, forest green for one example. She refuses to ever wear those trappings beneath the gowns that have been known to make her feel like a trussed up turkey. Her mother did impart one thing to her that she has never stopped following even after her mother's death, the semi-modest bodice on the gown's. Her mother claimed that if one made themselves modest yet enticing they could get away with more.

Marital Status: Single

Weapons: She is known to carry twin daggers in case she ever needs to either protect herself or she needs to use them to cut strips of cloth for binding wounds.

History: Serena was the second born to the Duke and Duchess of Glencarin and raised in respect to the ways of Courts. However, her mother also saw to it that one of the soldiers taught her self-defense. Unknown to her mother the soldier also taught her to fence. Of course, it wasn't until her brother was away that she learned this very soldier was also kin to her. She was forced to keep the secret by a vow that she made, since he was not born on the proper side of the blanket. He wasn't concerned about the family wealth, wanted none of it but he wanted to know his family.

So it was with his help and training that Serena was able to survive the massacre of her family. He helped get her safely away and as soon as those that were ransacking her families keep had been driven off by the knights he kept her safe within the walls. When her brother came home it was up to her to inform him of the losses they'd had. Learning that he was planning retaliation she spoke to him and convinced him to be a wise leader, one that did not seek retribution under his own laws but used the laws of the courts. She'd been surprised that her words were heeded.

She also knew that she surprised her brother often. While she acted as mistress of the keep she helped as a midwife and herb master. Using things that her mother and some friends had taught her. Though she spoke of it from time to time she did not express her belief in the old religion too often with her brother. He gave all the people of Glencarin freedom to follow the path they wished, not enforcing his own belief in the new religion because of Serena but she was afraid it would not last unless he married a woman who was also of the old religion.

It was then that Moira came into the picture and she saw the sparks between her brother and the woman who was his betrothed. After they wed Moira refused to let Serena give up her duties in the keep. Serena had become a close friend with the new Duchess and thus was surprised when her brother sent for her to look in on the girl only three months later. She checked the corpse for signs of a struggle or any intent and all she found was a lingering drop of poison. She could tell that the person responsible had to have been watching her brother's movements.

The soldier, Garret asked her if she was certain that Daffyd was innocent and she had replied with an affirmative response. She had still kept silent about Garret being their half-brother but she had written it in a couple of places in order to be safe. In these days, blood sometimes turned on blood and she had not known Garret as long as she had known Daffyd.
