That looks pretty shoop'd.

The only other explination would be an emancipated dog, but I'm leaning more towards the shoop. The lighting on the surfaces don't match with the moving objects and the background.

It's not the original of the video I first saw of it, so that is probably why. The one I saw of it was from a fixed camera view.
