Embedding photos help?

Okay, I tried. I really, really did. But I simply can't figure this out.

How in the bloody hell do you upload a photo to link? I notice all these posts with embedded images and I want to be able to do this, too. I've got pics saved that I'd like to use, so I don't have a current website link.

Is this possible?

What sith said, but you can also use tinypic.com or really any photo hosting site.

Also he didn't explain it well. Righ click a picture and say "copy image URL" and then put it between the IMG tags.
