The sun was setting, in Boston and Alex was waiting for Ben, her best friend, to come out from one of his classes. Her long blond hair was slightly pushed off to one side of her face, covering her face a little and the eye was visible had eyeliner and dark make up which made her blue eyes look amazing. It was funny how most other guys saw how beautiful she was, but the one man she wanted to notice her, barely even looked at her that way. If, in fact, had he ever. Which Alex was not too sure because he always seemed to be so damn infatuated with his neighbor who was older than him. And to Alex, who was his age and always with him, it was infuriating. She was the girl he shared everything with and they had spent so much time together since they were younger, but noooo, he just had to have a major crush on a girl he hadn't even talked to! Alex sighed ruefully as she looked down at her watch, wishing he would just hurry up so they could go hang out at her house like they planned. She had suggested her house because if they went to his house he would just sit up in his attic and stare at that girl all through the time until she had to go home or until she went to sleep, if she stayed the night at his house.
"Oh, Ben, hurry up." she whispered to herself. Today she was dressed in a dark blue halter top and black leggings with some high heels. She was a rather small girl, but she also curves in all the right places and most guys in High School had craved her sexually or romantically. But nooo, Alex had turned them away in the hopes of one day catching Ben's eyes, but she was beginning to wonder now if she was ever going to.
