"Geez, it's a mess in here. Doesn't he ever clean up for himself? you'd think after all those times I tell him...so unreliable." Melanie closed the door behind her as she walked into her older brother's room. At the moment, he was probably getting out of school, and even though they went to the same school, she got out earlier than he did because she had less classes. She was 18 years old and quite a beautiful young thing. It wasn't a rare thing to see her brother trying to get her away from guys trying to hit on her. She had a very fit body thanks to being on the track team. She short brown hair and emerald green eyes, standing at 5'11'' and 153 pounds. She was wearing a black tanktop and a pair of beige shorts. She grabbed all of his clothes that lay around on the floor, remembering she'd have to do the laundry today anyway. On her way out, she bumped gently against his desk, and she heard a little crack behind her. She turned to see her brother's catgirl figure on the ground, broken at the legs. Her brother watched a ton of anime, and had a thing for catgirls. that was his favorite figure, and she broke it. she knew she'd get quite a mouthful from him when he got home, but she figured she'd could convince him to buy another one like it. He always seemed to find these kinds of things anyway.
She grabbed all the laundry from his and her room, putting them in the washers downstairs. In the meantime, she headed back up to his room, seeing the broken figure still on the ground. She picked it up, wondering if maybe she could fix it. She grabbed a bit of glue nearby, but found it was only making things worse. She gave up, putting it on his desk. She grabbed a sticky note nearby and wrote, "I'm sorry." He'd understand right. It was an accident. Feeling much better about the whole situation, she headed to the living room to watch some television. then again, she remembered that there really wasn't anything good, and when he got home, he'd probably be all over it looking for his shows. She let out a gentle sigh as she decided finally to just cook herself some food. He'd be home soon anyway.
