Though it doesn't have to follow all of the canon of Wonderland and its rules, I'd like to encounter Alice just as she is arriving, or not long after, in Wonderland for the first time. More truthful to the tone of the book, but more mature...as opposed to the recent movies. (Though inspiration by means of the old Disney cartoon is all right.)
