Filch the caretaker has now retired and there is a new batch of staff and students within the school, some of them coursed more trouble than Fred and Gorge and that was saying something.
The truth is not all of the secret passages had been found at Hogwarts and there is still many to discover, not to mention the room of requirement's so there is plenty of places for some mischief and no one knowing about it unless they want it known.

In this boarding school the manufactures changed the material for the white school uniform making it transparent. The boys set up a judgment club for new comers where all new girls are bound and gaged with a hood over there heads where the boys do what ever they want to the new girls in the school. Once they have finished with them they decide if they can stay in the school or not.
Mix up
The flu jab got mixed up with a drug for heating up the body in extreme cases when it's needed in one school.
