"What? What is that?"
"I think it's a plant!"
"No no! It's a woman! I've never seen anything like this Jim."
"Hold on! She's moving! Ed! Grab the camera!"
The two grew closer to a huge flower bud, which seemed to be growing slightly, a female figure lingered over it, as if she was trying to get out.
"What's that smell Ed?"
"I'm not sure. We have to help her out..."
As they came closer, suddenly vines began to rise from the grassy ground. The men, frightened, reached for their knives, brought to keep themselves safe. As one vine reached out and rubbed itself against one of the men's shoulders, it massaged him, almost comforted him as the woman's figure became more clear.
The second traveller quickly grabbed the vine, and cut it, blood oozing from it as the woman screamed loudly. She pulled her vines away, and hardened them with beautiful thorns, two vines thrusted into the men quickly, hard, and fatally.
This was about six years ago, in a forested area travelled by many common hikers and campers. This incident never made the news, despite both men being found dead, punctured. The media called it a rare "Wild Bear" attack.
