Requesting Help from a Mod

[The Really Long Shot]

Dunno if there is a help-ticket system, but my other account "Long_Shot" fell out of use about a month and a half or so ago due to my laptop frying itself. Why is this a problem you ask? Well because it was the only device synced to my gmail, and likewise, my BMRP account. Any requests for a new password cannot be received due to my own self being locked out of my account. I am wondering if there is any way to recover my account? Google has yet to express interest in helping me with my issue so thus I am left hopeless fumbling with random key ciphers and such.
