Why do you care?
So, I came across this gem--

https://archive.org/details/softwarelibrary_msdos_games/v2

Whether you're old school or not, these are games that have to be shared throughout the generations just because they are THAT awesome and fun. They originally were MS-DOS games way back in the day and have been tweaked so you can play them for free on the provided link. You can't save your game or anything, but it's meant to give you a flavor of the old school so you can see what the older games of yesteryear were like. And for those of you into seriously old school games and for those of you who actually played those games back in the day...yeah, you'll appreciate it. : )

I've been looking for something like this for a while. I'm not sure how you found it. But you're awesome for sharing this :) I missed the Oregon Trail I used to play back in elementary school!

Happy to share! Isn't it fabulous? XD

Yeah, Oregon Trail was the awesome back in the day.... "You have died of dysentery!" Hehe, gotta love it.

Even the original Leisure Suit Larry games, those were always fun.

Oh the hours whiled away on these games...

Oh my goodness, I haven't seen some of these games in years!

I'm sad they didn't have The Last Half of Darkness... I haven't played that game since was 16 or so.

You all might find this also an interesting resource!

You can get two files a day for free, or pay a small fee to get a month of access, unlimited downloads. It's a pretty huge archive of a bunch of older (and not so old - 2006) games.
