Most people list these out in their request threads. But you can also list them and make a more detailed list on other sites such as F-List. I find it best to do both and then place a link to your F-List in your request thread as well as your signature. Also, all of this is mentioned in the site rules. So, be sure to give that a glance over/refresher. : )
