My heart beat faster and faster at the thought of meeting him again. This was only our second date but I felt somehow more connected to him than I had with any other person. We just clicked on a whole different level. My parents don't like him but that just makes me love him all the more. Looking at the clock I realized that I had 20 minutes before he was going to come and there was still so much to do. " Damn Arianna your such a procrastinator"

Fearing the limitations of time, I hastily picked out an outfit that would compliment my slender figure and auburn hair. Picking up the outfit I ran to the bathroom. I had 10 minutes to get ready. I lost time in the shower as I usually do and before long I heard my mother calling up the stairs." Arianna get down here and greet your date!."

I sighed and finished getting dressed then proceeded to walk down the stairs only to realize that It had started to rain and my mother being evil as she was had not let him in yet. I raced to the door glaring at my mother as I flung it open revealing my rain soaked boyfriend still waiting.
 
Richard had rang the door bell and waited. Hearing her mother tell me to wait outside was just miserable. It was pouring down rain and I really wanted inside if only for a minute. Thinking that it would be a good idea to wait inside the car but quickly dismissing it to make a good first impression. The rain had made his short blonde hair wet along with the rest of his body. His skin was a medium tanned and a decent amount of muscle. He closed his black leather jacket up to try and stay a little warm. It seemed like an eternity before the door opened to find the prettiest girl in the world before him. Richard stood above her at 5ft9 inchs tall . Giving her a smile he says " sorry if I'm a little wet I accidentally spilled a glass of water i was drinking on myself. Are you ready to get out of here and to the movies." Holding his hand out so that they can run to the car and drive off to the movie theater.
 
Arianna looks at Richard and laughs as she takes his hand. She smiles teasingly at him and say's " Since when did you start making excuses for my mother. You could have just been honest with me. I know what an evil bitch she can be to the people i'm dating."

Arianna laughs closes the door and remarks" I hope she heard me. " Then runs with Richard to the car. Arianna looks around Richard's car. It's not really what she's used to coming from a richer neighborhood but It becomes apparent that she like it none the less.

"So Richard what's the movie we're going to see? I hope it's something good although you do seem to have a good taste in movies so I'm not worried."
 
" It's ok for your mother to hate me,I'm sure she'll learn to like me one day." Taking Arianna's hand and Running with her to the car he goes to the passenger side to open the door like a gentlemen. "He was a little self conscious about his car, it wasn't anything nice,just an old 12 year old ford car. Going to his side of the vehicle he climbs inside soaking wet,wiping the rain off his face he smiles at her question. " I was hoping to see maze runner I hope that's ok with you? " He turns on the ignition and starts the car up and drives away to the theater. The theater was a bit packed so he had to park near the end. " Looks like we are about to get super wet now. " Handing her his jacket he smiles " Here put this over your head I'm already wet.Stepping out he goes around to grab her hand so they can run to the theater entrance.
 
Arianna looks at the Richard thankfully then drapes his jacket over her head. She takes his hand and begins to run with him to the entrance of the theater. When she arrives she realizes just how cold and relentless the rain actually is. She's completely soaked and immediately embarrassed. "My god she thought to herself as she begins to blush. " These clothes were not designed for the rain. I think everyone can see my bra."

Arianna still blushing takes Richard's coat and drapes it around herself. She instinctively moves closer to Richard leaning closer in for comfort.
 
He notices her leaning into him for comfort and warmth. Smiling at her he wraps his arm around her and pulls Arianna close to his soaked body. " You can go ahead and wear that jacket if you want to ,I can tell that your shirt was not made to get wet." He said to her lightly teasing. After buying the tickets and snacks he leads her to the screening of their movie. Leading her to the middle and sitting down he notices that there are not many people viewing the movie which makes sense since it's been out for a long time. Yawning a little bit he reaches his arm out and drapes it over her shoulder non nonchalant. Smiling at her after putting the bucket of popcorn on his lap he smirks to her saying " I hope you don't mind but I bought the popcorn bucket with the hole in the bottom."
 
Arianna looks at Richard appearing to be serious and say's while trying not to smirk " I don't know I think I'll let you have the first bite and after all I want to make sure this is safe." Arianna reaches her hand into the bucket of popcorn and quickly grabs a handful. She brings her hand slowly up to his mouth. Her beautiful green eyes twinkling with expectation. She starts whisper to him " Come on honey surely you aren't afraid of a little bit of penis corn".
 
He smiled over at her and was a little bit surprised by her response. Of course he really didn't put a hole in the bottom of the bucket, that's something that you do for the third date! Bending his head down he pretended to be reluctent to take a bite. Looking at her pretty green eyes that seemed to enrapture him,he slowly took a bite. "MMmmmmm, damn this is some of the best damn penis corn I've ever had! Richard reached his hand inside and grabbed a few pieces of popcorn. " Now it's your turn, let me say that this is very tasty. " He slowly brought his fingers to her lips to gently hand feed her. Whatever was on the screen at the moment didn't even catch a shred of his attention, the only thing that existed at the moment was Arianna.
 
Arianna looked at the popcorn. Then she began to realize how hungry she actually was. She began to eat the popcorn slowly using her tongue to scoop the popcorn into her mouth. " hmm that is good and to think I was nervous." Her eyes close as if she's relishing the last bite. Then she playfully flicks him on the head and say's bucket with the hole in the bottom. Tsk Tsk."
 
Looking down at his girlfriend, wishing that she was doing that without the popcorn bucket being there. The boy gives her a smile as he's flicked in the head. The cold theater starts to get to him,making him shiver. Deciding to be more bold,he pulls her closer to him. " I'm freezing cold,aren't you,we should use each others body heat to keep each other warm." He sat with her in silence while the movie was still playing. At one point the brave teen leaned in to give the prettiest girl in the world a kiss on the cheek. " Are you enjoying the movie so far Arianna? " He ask her when the movie is 3/4 of the way through.
 
Arianna lets herself be pulled in close to Richard nodding in agreement to the fact that she's cold. She was silent throughout the movie. The kiss on the cheek startled her greatly but she smiled warmly and leaned in closer so her head rested on his shoulder. She had decided the the best answer to his question was a kiss. She kissed him gently on the cheek then whispered in his ear " I think you have your answer." Arianna smiled at Richard lovingly and then she rested her head back on his shoulder.
 
Richard could feel himself get warm all over after getting a kiss from her. It also helped that she whispered in his ear. For some reason it made him a little hard having her so close to his ear. Once the movie had finally finished he took her out of the theater and looked over at her. " What do you want to do now? Are you hungry?I'm guessing that you want to get into a new pair of clothes since your soaked. " The rain had finally begun to die down. Using a strong hand without warning grasping her delicate hand,he led her to the old ass car that he had and as last time opened the door for her like a gentleman.
 
Arianna got into the car glad the rain had died down. She waited for him to get in to the car. " A change of clothes sounds good but I don't want to go home yet cause I won't be able to go back out." Arianna eyes flash excitedly. "Oh yeah that's right I brought my credit card." " I could always buy a change of clothes." I'll make you a deal you can help me pick stuff out." Come on it'll be fun then we can go eat something." Arianna looks at Richard excitedly awaiting his response.
 
Richard was shocked by what she said. This date was turning into something that he wasn't expecting. Shrugging his shoulders he turns on the ignition. " Oh sure we can go out for you to buy new clothes. Did you want to go to the mall or was their a specific store that you wanted to go to?I'd love to help you pick out clothes,but ummmmm, that's a bit embarrassing for me,going into the girls section like that.How about you just pick something sexy and surprise me, maybe a cute tiny mini skirt." Richard looked over at his girlfriends face to see how she would take hearing that.
 
Arianna didn't show her disdain at all. She absolutely hated miniskirts but she considered herself the adventure seeking type. She just smiled and said That sounds good. As they pulled up to the mall Arianna got out and said " I'll be back in about 15 to 20 minutes unless you want to come in?." Seeing that Richard wasn't comfortable with that she walked off. It didn't take long for her to find an interesting store. She began looking for items that would show off her slender figure and compliment her auburn hair. She finally decided on a beige miniskirt. "It's so short though "she thought to herself. " Hmm" she thought" what would complete this? She glanced around and finally saw a white halter top. There we go. Arianna took the items to the front counter. After she paid for them she took them into the changing room and changed out of the sopping wet clothes. As she put on the halter top she realized that it kind of rode up her stomach. It gave her a weird feeling. As she admired herself in the mirror she realized it was time to go back to Richard. she quickly walked out to the car hoping that he wasn't angry for making him wait so long.
 
It was very cold inside the car. The fall air was so chilly that it made him shiver. He had to turn on his heater just to keep himself semi warm. It seemed like an eternity while she was gone. The teen knew better that she would be more than 20 minutes. It was very tempting to check the cell phone time but declined since it would make things seem to take longer then they actually did. When she finally came out the beuty of her made him warm all over. The pretty girl walking towards his car looked so hot. He was grinning ear to ear and waited eagerly for her to get inside. Turning on the car he waited for the auburn haired lass to come inside. Rolling his car window down he shouted " You look very pretty in that get up,and also very sexy too."
 
Arianna couldn't help but blush as she walked towards the car and got inside. " She sat silently for a moment and began to shiver. Fall was definitely not mini-skirt weather. She instinctively turned up the heater in the car without even thinking about it. She turns Richard after buckling her seat belt " I bet your sure glad you didn't come in that took so long I was beginning to get bored and I was the one doing the shopping." Oh I got you something to wear as well. Arianna hands Richard the bag she put her sopping wet clothes into and begins to giggle.
 
"Oh yeah that would have made me felt weird going on there and being in the ladies section.Thank you for being thoughtful your so sweet. " Richard takes the bag from her and looks deep into her eyes and smiling at Arianna and leaning in to give her a kiss on the cheek. "What sort of food do you want to eat? I was thinking of something simple like burgers and wings or were you craving something else? Or would you prefer to eat something at my place?" Before turning on his car to drive off Richard opens the bag to see what it was that she bought him.
 
Inside the bag lie Arianna's clothes. Before Richard can say anything she leans in and says " At the bottom of all this is a necklace I bought you." She becomes worried realizing that this is only their second date so she instinctively reaches down into the bag pulling out a what looks to be a pure gold necklace. Hanging from the necklace is a diamond dragon poised in mid-flight. She holds it out to him and smiles" I hope you like it Richard." Arianna looks away nervously and say's I always eat out with my folks so I could go for a meal at your place." There's nothing like home cooked food."
 
Seeing her clothes made him shocked for a second. Was Arianna expecting him to wear her clothes? Before a word could be said an explanation was giving which was a sigh of relief. Taking the necklace and looking it over, he was amazed that she would buy him such an expensive gift. " Isn't this a bit much and everything. I feel bad for taking this. But thank you non the less. Reaching up and putting it around his neck to make her happy,he leans in quickly to give her a quick kiss on the lips. " My place is ok, my parents are gone for the weekend anyways. I can make you something good in the kitchen." With that he pulls out of the driveway and brings her to his place at an apartment complex. After parking Richard steps out to escort her for the first time to his place. It was a cheap apartment that looked ok on the inside. Getting to the apartment door and unlocking it he opens the door and smiles at her "ladies first" . There was a sofa in the livng room with a cushy chair and a coffee table. The floor had a brown carpet with a few stains on it. He had a flat screen tv in the living room as well which was hooked up to a laptop for movie watching.
 
Arianna stepped inside. " This is so nice I feel like I'm in a whole different world." She looks at Richard with a warm smile. She goes to sit on the cushy chair allowing herself to relax. She pulls her long Auburn hair out from behind her back letting it come to rest on her chest. " So what's on the menu or should that be a surprise." She looks around the room and notices the labtop. " I didn't notice you had a labtop that's neat. My parents are paranoid of people who try to take advantage of girls on the internet so of course when the topic comes up they just distract me with something else." Oh my what a weird thing to say I'm sorry I can be so unusual at times." She looks at Richard hoping she didn't freak him out.
 
Richard let out a light sigh as he heard her say that she was in a whole different world. It must have been tough on her to be dating a guy that was not well off like her. After Arianna sat down he pondered her question for a moment and then said " It'll be a surprise ,I've been planning this since yesterday." The laptop that was there was a little bit old by a few years. "it's not weird at all you big silly. Just sit there and relax I'll go cook us that meal now." Leaving his girlfriend alone and walking to the kitchen, Richard goes through the cabinets to see what he can make. The whole bit about it being a surprise was a big lie and to top it off he wasn't that great of a cook. Shrugging broad shoulders and thinking that cooking can't be all that hard, he set about picking out the things for the surprise meal that was even a surprise to him.
 
Arianna sat quietly cursing her luck with words. She had heard him sigh after he first remark she made." I didn't mean it in a mean context" she thought to herself. One of the reasons I like Richard is the fact he's different from what I'm used to. To be honest I've always wondered what it's like to lead a simple life. To have to Struggle to get where you want to be." She smelled the food cooking in the kitchen and her stomach began to growl. I have to distract myself so I'm not so hungry. " I don't want to eat too much and seem like a pig." What Arianna didn't realize is she had said the last to sentences aloud. She looked at the coffee table and saw a pencil and some paper. She leaned over and began to draw Female knight standing atop a castle fighting a huge dragon.
 
The food was making him salivate at the mouth. It didn't seem that hard at all to cook. Richard had decided to cook spaghetti with a beef sauce. He overheard his date say some things out loud. When everything was cooking and in a pot he snuck inside the living room and crept slowly to her. The teen took his sweet time in trying to be sneaky. Figuring that she'd be too occupied with her distraction,he crept down and crawled towards the sofa. Going behind it , he saw her smooth legs and found himself laying there staring for a minute before reaching a hand out to grab her ankle. " Hey what are you drawing Arianna?" Quickly realizing that the food was cooking he stood up and hurried back to the kitchen to get things prepped up. Thinking to himself that he hoped that he didn't over cook anything(which he did), he drained the noodles and set about getting things prepped up. After all of that was finished Richard made them two plates and brought them to the coffee table. " Sorry that took so long I know how hungry you are."
 
Arianna had been slightly startled by Richard grabbing her ankle but she decided to let that pass for now. Smiling mischievously she hands him her fork while taking away his. She looks at him trying to be as serious as possible while not smiling and say's " Now that I've been scared you'll have to feed me before I give you your fork privileges back. She puts Richard's fork behind her leaning back slowly waiting to be fed. "It's only fair to make up for the trauma I've suffered."
