Lawrence sighed as he walked into school that day, he had given his little sister a ride and what a fun one it was. Today was friday, the friday right before winter break and before they had left their mother had called saying they would miss christmas again... but that the gifts were in the mail. This happened every year... hell he knew that it broke his sister's heart not being able to have the whole family there for the holidays... or birthdays... hell the only times they saw their parents it seemed like they were already back out the door. he knew he couldn't change things but he would try again to make Christmas perfect for his little sister.

Now lawrence was a pretty handsome boy, true he had a few faults but who didn't. he was tall, standing at 6'4" and had light brown hair like his father. His eyes were a fantastic hazel where most of it was brown but it had a very cool green ring around the outer part as well as streaks of gold and green in the brown. He had to wear glasses, but that was only a minor fault. he did have a bit of a gut to him since he did enjoy food but he was not that much overweight if any. his arms and legs were quite strong since he was often times helping his sister, or having to manage the house. Recently he was setting up the lights on the house as he had been doing that a bit more yesterday. it was cold out, it was going to be a nice white christmas so he wore a long sleeved gamer shirt with a nice jacket over it and some jeans as well as some boots as he walked toward class.

he was a bright kid, he was pretty much done with most classes, really today he just had to go from class to class. there was no homework, no tests, no papers. But he would use this time to plan out what he would get his sister for christmas. he smiled as he began to think about her... she was so cute... her hair, her eyes... her lips... he closed his eyes a little bit as he had another one of his thoughts... he began to imagine kissing her, caressing her body. he snapped out of it just in time since he had been about to run into a pole. he sighed and shook his head as he then hurried to class.
 
Ren took her time getting out of her brothers car. She hated the cold, and it was the winter season. Nice and cold. She preferred spring and early winter she thought about the warmer times as she pried herself from the warm seat shutting the door behind her hearing it lock as she did so. She was at least glad for the break. Spend some time with her friends, and her brother. She was thankful for him with how little her parents were around, he made her a little less lonely. She was used to her parents vanishing act. They barely even called her, less one of them got in trouble then theyâ??d made sure to make an appearance, or at least call and yell at them. Though punishments from parents who were never home barely seemed threatening. She was lost in her thoughts as she walked into the school.

Ren was the kind of girl guys found very attractive, she was thin, but lean, on the shorter side barely over 5â??6 her skin was creamy and clear the only scar on her was hidden beneath her clothing. Her eyes were different which bothered her when she was a kid but not any more, one eyeâ??s a dark blue, the other hazel, like her father and brother. Her hair was a strawberry red though she lightened it to make it more pink, and long settling just above her firm behind when it was up in her usual pig-tails.
-----Today she wore a pair of flared jeans which sat nicely on her hips, and a quarter sleeve sweater hidden beneath her oversized grey worn jacket. A hand me down of her brothers she wore everywhere. And a pair of warm sneakers.

She made her way to her locker like she always did reluctantly taking off her jacket placing it inside getting the books sheâ??d need. Making her way to her homeroom plopping in her desk the teacher giving her a glance she was late as usual but he let it slide as she got her books for her first class out since it was in the same room her mind drifting to her brother. â??Itâ??s almost Christmasâ?¦â? She mumbled to herself the bell ringing and a fried of hers who was in her homeroom sat beside her giving her a smile as she began chatting about her and the boy she liked finally got together. Her mind still lost in her thoughts she simply nodded a few more people sat around her and they chatted talking about their break plans, and deceiving to go shopping sometime over the next couple days for Christmas presents.

Ren is a thin girl with slight muscle tone from skating. She has a peaches and cream complexion, her skin only marred by a scare going down her back from an accident when she was younger. She's a sweet girl, friendly, social can be a little shy but she opens up rather quickly. First to jump in and help someone out. She's a casual girl preferring jeans and on occasion a short skirt to long skirts, and fancy clothing. Though she cleans up nicely.

She's the kind of girl lots of guys like, but she seems less than interested in the male persuasion. That's only because she's secretly got feelings for an older boy but doesn't dare say anything.
 
Lawrence went through classes like normal, of course taking time for lunch. He sat off by himself just relazing and eating a burger that he got from the cafeteria. He was just lost in thought, he was trying to think about what she might like to have for christmas... he personally knew what he would like... his sister in a sexy little christmas lingerie outfit... he blushed as he shook his head then trying to get the thought from his head as he sighed a little to himself. 'Why won't those thoughts just go away?' he thought as he placed a hand on his head... this had been happening for a while he knew... he wanted his sister more and more and more... he knew it was only a matter of time before he finally just snapped and tried something. but no, he had to be the stronger one. He shook his head a bit as he stood and tossed away the garbage he had and headed to his next class, trying not to worry.
 
Ren and her friends chatted softly as the class passed along, it was the day before break so not many teachers were dumb enough to expect much mental exertion from their students. And settled for watching movies or just letting them hang out. Which they did. It was decided that they'd go shopping tomorrow afternoon, and do a secret santa thing amongst themselves instead of fretting over getting something for everyone.

The next few classes passed along and it was lunchtime. She'd had the same lunch as her brother but she and her friends went to the cafe across from the school, but today she'd decided to hang out with him but by the time she was able to break away from her crowd lunch was nearly over and walking into the crowded cafeteria she saw he was gone. She sighed but brushed it off going to her locker to switch out her books her group of friends joining her hassling about missing a fun time. She shrugged slamming her door shut as they walked to their next class.

"Hopefully German will be a little less boring than usual." Her friend Mathis quipped making her and her friends chuckle. The group she'd been walking with consisted of 7 kids. Mathis the thin lean basketball player, Rhodey the tall jock type but didn't play for any of the teams, Kenna a fellow cheerleader,Embry the captain of the squad, Jaxson, who's been her best friend for as long as she can remember lives next door and his sister Sophia, and her boyfriend also named Ren, he's a rather big guy, a wrestler his girlfriends a bean pole so they look entertaining.

The group walked down the hall till they slowly went off to their classes Ren, Rhodey, Kenna and Sophia all having German together so they were able to keep themselves occupied enough. Chatting while some German movie played they decided to skip out on the last 2 classes. She was hesitant but they'd suggested leaving a note for her brother she figured that's what she'd do.
 
While classes continued Lawrence kept having the same thoughts. he sighed as he hoped that he could just stop having these... he knew she would never care for him the same way, and it was just taboo... it could never happen. he went through the next few classes and he then got out of his. he went to his locker and gathered his things as he then went to the parking lot to wait for her. he stood outside of the car looking around for her from the massive crowd of people who were all hurrying to leave the school and start their vacations... however lawrence just stood there waiting.
 
German passed by finally ending and her friends whispered her away glad to be free from the school, watching the students on their way to their next class. Ren stood beside her brothers car writing a note for him so he didn't spend forever waiting for her then get upset with her.

She stuck it in his window heading off with her friends towards Soph's car. Not realizing a gust of wind snatched the not from her brothers car door drifting tot he ground beside the car.

"We're off." Kenna called with a laugh as they made their way towards the city not really sure what they wanted to do. She knew he'd left his phone in the car but decided to leave him a message, "Law, just wanted to remind you I"ll see you later tonight. Send me a text later if you want Chicken, Chinese, or the golden arches." She said hanging up her phone slipping it into her pocket joining the conversation with her friends once more.
 
He sighed after everyone had left and he then climbed into the car as he was freezing from waiting out there in the cold for so long. he sat that his phone had a messege so he picked it up as he turned the car on to get the heat going. he listened to it and sighed as he just texted back he didn't mind, whatever she wanted. Sighing he drove home alone as he was still freezing. He parked the car in the garage and headed inside as he was still shivering a bit as he removed his jacket and his shoes as he headed upstairs to warm himself up a bit. His room was one of the warmest rooms in the house thanks to all of the technology up there. he had a computer, a TV, a Xbox 360 and a few other small gadgets around the room. He sighed as he walked over to the bed and he lay down on it as he looked up at the ceiling.

His room was filled with nerdy things. He had posters and wall scrolls of video games and anime, his book shelves had anime, manga, a few DnD books, and some other things. Every flat surface had a few figures from different games and anime. He sighed as he then just grabbed the remote and he turned on the TV and grabbed the remote he had for the Xbox and he started up the DVD he had in there which was an anime called Gurren Lagann (Which is amazing by the way) and pressed play as he just lay back, getting under the thicker blankets to get warm.
 
Ren felt her phone buzz taking it out she saw the message, she was going to text him back but sighed imagining he must have felt she's neglecting him. He'd had a few friends but it seemed like he'd spent most of his time with her and she didn't mind in the least, she loved spending time with him. She was shaken from her thoughts when Embry asked if she could play a game on her phone. she sighed making fun of the girl her and her friends laughing as she'd handed her, her phone. "You need to find another place to get your fix of Sims 3." She chuckled the blonde haired grey eyes bomb-shall simply sticking her tongue out engrossed in the game.

They drove for an hour before getting into the city. deciding to split up and do their own thing. Ren walking around with Mathis. Going here and there Ren ended up getting a few clothing items and a wall scroll she thought her brother might like of Yoko and Simon over Kamina's burial site.(I agree love it what i've seen.) After stopping for some food her and her friends all met up and just after 8 she was back at home.

She made her way into her home slowly locking the door after her making her way tot he living room splitting the food adn placing it on the coffee table tossing her shoes by the door she called up. "Law, if you want your food you gotta get your but down here." She called making her way back to her bags getting out the scroll setting it in his chair. Taking her place in front of the coffee table she started on her fries. she was small and thin despite how much she could eat. Flipping on the TV she flipped to the DVD watching her favorite anime as she looked through the clothes she'd gotten. Remembering she got her brother a grey fuzzy hoodie tossing it on top of the anime scroll.
 
He came downstairs when he herd her as he was feeling much better from before as he herd he call for him. He headed over to where she was and smiled as he looked at his seat seeing she bought him stuff "you know the point of a christmas gift is for you to give it to the other on christmas" he said with a small laugh as he said thanks as he grabbed his food and he sat down beside her on the couch as he ate his food and he looked at her 'Did you have fun?" he asked as he watched her more than the TV
 
Ren turned her head slightly in his direction as he came down the stairs walking into the living room. Listening to his comment she stuck out her tongue. "It's not a christmas present, it's more of a sorry for skipping out on you. I know I called ya and left a note but I still felt bad for not spending time with ya." She said nodding as she popped another fry in her mouth. turning her attention to the TV seeing Daisuke and Riku watching the meteor shower together.

She shrugged hearing his question. "It was same old. Mathis and I just walked around everyone wanted to do something different so we did our own thing." She said with a stretch.
 
He just nodded and sighed as he kept eating and just sat there beside her. He did not know what to say... In truth he hated seeing her around other guys... it made him feel a mix of feelings... but it mostly left his heart feeling a little empty... He just shook his head a little as he said "Wel i am glad you still had fun" he then stood and he took his garbage to the kitchen where he threw it away in the garbage can and then headed back upstairs... he was going to go play a few videogames to let off some of his hidden steam.
 
Ren noticed her brother seemed distant quietly eating his food as he sat beside her. She didn't know what was wrong with him. She sighed after he got to his feet to throw away his trash and quickly returned to his bedroom. She continued eating her food watching her DVD's the second to last episode of her show playing.

As it ended she shut off the TV deciding to go to her own room. It was decent sized a little bigger than her brothers but looked more open she only having a recliner, her bed and desk which housed her computer, her small flat screen on the wall. She flipped it on popping a CD in he dvd player listening to music as she changed into her PJ. deciding to veg out on her computer talking to her friends and playing Sims3. Still thinking of what to get her brother.
 
Sighing he put up the wall scroll she had given him in the last little spot that he had as he smiled softly and he then looked at the wall that had her room on the other side as he gently stepped forward and he placed a hand gently on the wall as he shook his head "Why does this torture me? This is taboo these thoughts...' he sighed and then just plugged in assassins creed 2, figuring that he might use some achievment hunting to clear his mind.
 
Ren was chatting with her friends and checking her e-mail finding her thoughts drifting to her brother. "Why the hell do I keep thinking about him?" She asked herself in agitation pouting as she stared at her screen.

She wanted to talk to him hang out with him but for some reason she didn't know he was acting weird around her the past few weeks. She figured she'd done something wrong and hated it. She'd figure she'd get him a really cool present and talk to him about it.

 
however before she could do it there was a knock on her door. There was only one person who would be knocking... otherwise it would be very odd if not frightening if it wasn't her own brother. he stood there outside of her door as he thought in his mind, he was trying to keep himself from getting those thoughts as he knew she would be in her pajamas... her cute pajamas... shaking his head just before she opened he looked at her and he said "Sorry if I have been a little distant lately sis... school has just been a little... eh..." he looked at her. he knew he had been acting odd and he figured she had noticed by now. He looked at her and he gave her a soft smile as he said 'Would you like to hang out tomorrow?"
 
Ren was about to lie down and watch some tv when she'd heard a knock on her door. Getting to her feet she walked to her door running her fingers through her hair as she opened the door. "Hey." She said as he stood in front of her.

"It's olright. I understand." She said leaning against her door. She thought a moment, when in the morning afternoon, or later in the evening." She asked looking up at him. "I'm pretty free. Gonna do some christmas shopping in the morning, but you can come with if ya want." She said with a smile. "Just me and a few of my friends. I'm meeting them there so you can walk with me.." She said eagerly.
 
He smiled "alright, well you think about what you want to do later on" he said as he looked at her "but I will join you there... i know you like hanging out with your friends, and besides I have to get working on getting your present too"
 
Ren nodded a smile on her lips when he’d said he’d join them. Glad he did. He didn’t hang out with her and her friends too often, and he only had a few, and they were usually locked in their room playing his video games or having marathons of some show they obsessed over.

She thought a moment, “Well I’m going to meet them for 10. The earlier the better. It’s going to get crazy.” She said with a small chuckle. “Well you have a good night I’m probably going to watch some TV then pass out.” She said stretching giving him a sweet smile she turned to walk back towards her bed.
 
"Hey" he said as he stood there "Your not going to give your brother a hug goodnight?" he said with a grin. Since their parents never really hugged them or tucked them in the two often hugged, or when she was younger he kissed her forehead goodnight each night to make sure that she was getting good experiences that normally parents would give their kids.
 
Ren turned looking to her brother as she sat on her bed hearing his question she rolled her eyes with a small smile as she giggled. "Hehe you still need me to hug you goodnight?" She asked with a sweet smile gesturing for him to come to her.

"Are you still playing your games?" She asked with a sweet tone. "Why don't ya come lay with me, and watch some TV?" She asked turning her attention to the TV which was playing an infomercial for some little vacuum.
 
he shrugged 'Why not" he said as he walked over to the bed and he sat down beside her as he sighed leaning back some as he said 'Tell me does this remind you about anything? Like when you were younger... you would throw a fit if we weren't in the same bed because of nightmares or monsters" he smiled over to her
