Character Creation basics
​

1. Either get your hands on the Mutants and Masterminds 3e rules or use the SRD
2. You can play a Cannon Marvel character (yes, with your own twist) or an OC character
3. PL 10 meaning 150 Power Points to spend

Also, You may chose one of the following Stat Packs for your character at no power point cost. N.B. There's a meta story reason behind them... As well as my 'observation' on Comic characters

Pack 1 - Male

• Add 2 to your Intellect - So Intellect 3 becomes 5
• Add 1 Rank of Equipment - boys do love their toys, no?

Pack 2 - Female

• Add 2 to your Presence - So Presence 3 becomes 5
• Add 1 Rank of Attractive - does this really need explaining?

Clarification, we are picking one pack, which means that if I picked male, I would be adding both 2 to my characters Intelligence and 1 rank to Equipment.
