Another small store burning in the night, another old boy who fell behind on protection money. A increasingly common sight as more of the city came under 'Big Vic's' protection. The cops didn't touch these incidents anymore, they'd learned not to get in Big Vic's way. Not since the last shoot-out ended with half the force hospitalised or worse. That was a year ago and the police were scared to get in Vic's way again, just what Vic wanted to see.

Big Vic had the city in the palm of his hand, he controlled the crime, had the authorities and mayor terrified, bent to his will. This had left many families suffering from the unstopped crimes in the city, powerless to do anything against Vic's men and the robotic drones they used. The drones had various designed and was the clear edge Vic had. The drones were more or less military grade robots, armed with advanced weaponry to give their goons the ability to pull any crime.

Vic by this point was so feared he didn't bother hiding his location, the man practically ran his empire like a legitimate business. He ran the whole show from a large tower building in the middle of the city, the surrounding area owned by him and used by his organisation for various set up, recruitment and development. The tower in the centre housed the most advanced level of his operations and where the Kingpin resides.

Luckily for any would be hero or heroin, this meant his location was very well known to them....

Caitlin spent the better part of the day in her new apartment in the city, satisfied as she lazily sipped her tea and read over her published work before seeing that her father had sent her another message, berating her for taking on such dangerous work. With a sigh, she stood up gingerly, easing onto her tiptoes as she stretched and looked outside her window at the bustling streets below her; it was true that her father had made her life much easier through his wealth and influence, but rather than simply become a comfortable journalist she sought out more direct and hard hitting ways to strike back at the crime that had frustrated her.

Gingerly, with a yawn she made her way over to her walk in closet before picking up her costume and utility belt, and bringing them over to her bed to lay them out. Running her fingers over the tight material, she thought about tonight, and how she would deal with the rather obvious threat of kidnapping and the transfer of a captive; it seemed easy enough, as the man in questions seemed to be a victim of extortion and would be lightly guarded. Undressing, Caitlin pulled off her tight t-shirt and hooked her thumbs inside her panties before pulling them down and daintily kicking them off as she stood before her costume and equipment naked. A smile faintly crossed her features as the familiar rush of excitement filled her, and she began to dress.

LATER THAT EVENING

Her source had pointed her in the direction of an abandoned warehouse in the docks district, and in the cool air of the spring evening she was unable to stifle a shiver before approaching the massive structure. From a service ladder, she was able to reach the roof, scouting below her as she peered through the glass of the roof before forcing a panel open and descending into the darkness below her to a catwalk. Her chest heaving as she remained silent, wanting to hear if anything was around her, Caitlin then switched on her thermal vision, fumbling with the device before a click illuminated the pitch black structure to her. It was bare, save for an indistinct form that seemed to flicker in and out of her vision.

As she approached the heat signature, coming in to range, the vague form would become more distinct. At that distance, it was easy to tell that it was indeed a living human, sitting in a chair in the office at the back of the building. There was a window looking out from the office over the warehouse, but the blinds were drawn. A bit of light filtered in from the room, and the office door was closed, making it impossible to see inside without the aid of her thermal imager. A truck rumbled by outside, continuing on past the building, likely going about it's regular deliveries.

The vague form became slightly clearer as she neared, stealthily easing down the stairs onto the upper staircase of the warehouse. Thinking that perhaps the lone person was bound to the chair, she eased up to the door carefully, testingly pressing her weight against it to see if it was ajar. Surprisingly, it was opened, and she carefully pushed forward and craned her neck to peek inside.

As she opened the door she found the chair was turned away from her, leaving him hidden from view. As she goes further into the room the chair swivelled around, revealing a blonde haired man in a white coat smiling as he looked at her. "You accepted my invitation, I'm glad to see." The man smiled, pushing his glasses back in black on his nose as he watched her.

Outside she hears a rumbling and looking back she sees several drones in the building with her, now activating, invisible to her thermal before due to them being offline for some time. The Drones took positions around them, rolling up on tank treads, forming a semi circle around the room. They aimed their laser weapons at Caitlin, not firing at her yet, just ready if she tried anything.

"Didn't know quite what colourful character I'd end up with when leaked the news out, if I'm quite honest with you. Wasn't expecting such a fine lady to be the catch." Leon smirked, calmly sitting back in the chair as he looked her over, enjoying her skin tight outfit. "Have a few ways can do this situation, the way you try and fight me and my toys off... or the way you play nice and I'll decide what happens." He had a cocky smile on his face, having beaten her in his opinion, this look partly to make her feel that way too, even if it may or may not be true.

Expecting to see the hostage she intended to rescue, Caitlin felt unease fill her as she noticed that the man wasn’t bound in any way. When the chair swiveled, her fears were confirmed; before her was the man responsible for the ills plaguing this city, and the last person she’d expected to see. Instantly, she drew her tranquilizer pistol and trained it on him, her body peaked as adrenaline began to flow through her as she realized she’d fallen into a trap.

Outside, she could hear the treads of tanks activating as they drove, isolating her as they trained their weapons on her and froze; half expecting them to fire, she hesitated, her body ready to wince before she turned her attention back to the man. The situation was bad, and she raced to think of a way she could get herself out of it.
When he began to speak, she all but ignored the drones around her, carefully training her little pistol on his face as the red dot wavered slightly on him. Staying silent, she knew that she likely couldn’t talk her way out of this, and despite having escaped many situations in the past, it was too risky; even as quick as she was, she’d most likely be cut to ribbons by the drones, and even if she shot him, it would only make him unconscious.

As he finished speaking, she silently lowered her pistol and holstered it, keeping her tone flat as she stared at him hatefully, her eyes shining as she finally replied with a simple, “Alright.” Her chest heaving as she did her best to maintain her composure, Caitlin knew that once the drones were away, she could probably capture him or at the very least escape.

Leon smiled, his grin having not diminished, even while she had a gun at his head. He knew full well the girl wouldn't shoot, not if she was smart and he loved watching her realise that. He enjoyed doing this too much for his own good, but he didn't care too much.

He'd every now and then set traps for would-be heroes to trigger. Some self righteous vigilante would come along and think they could take down Big Vic's operation. Leon took it upon himself to teach them that they couldn't stop HIS operation.

He watched her put the gun away, his smile widening. "Good girl... Now then I want your belt, all your equipment, come here." Holding out his hand to her, waiting for her to hand him her equipment. This would be the point he'd normally rob the hero of their stuff, batter them about and throw them on the streets. He didn't tend to kill them, they couldn't learn anything if they were dead. However those were all men and this fine young lady looked too good to pass up.

Watching the man smile, Caitlin could see that he already considered himself victorious. Deciding to play to that feeling, she heard his words and simply nodded. Hesitating ever so briefly, she gently let her fingers slide to her waist before undoing the belt, and the other to the holster for her tranquilizer on her hip as she removed that too, holding them both in one gloved palm. As he held out his hand for her, she watched him briefly before walking towards him as he’d instructed.

When she reached him, she lowered her hand to make the distance between them shorter as she approached; gingerly, she lowered her equipment into his palm, hesitating just slightly as she felt him tugging. Immediately, she was upon him; pushing herself onto his lap and straddling him, her free hand gripped his, not wanting him to pull a gun on her as her soft breasts crushed against his chest. “Not a move, I’d really rather not hurt you.” The confidence returning to her voice, Caitlin let her feet rest on the floor as she whispered, “Now stand, and start walking.” She hoped that the threat of being shot by his own machines would be a deterrent, and Caitlin tightened her grip before fumbling with the holster, managing to draw the tranquilizer pistol and having every intention of shooting him if he refused.

Leon's eyes widened in suprise as she was upon him. She noticed him looking flustered, not expecting this. However he regained his composure and smiled, he got cocky something he paid for. Still it was nothing to worry about, for now he'd play her little game.

"Yes Mam." He replied with a small smile. Getting to his feet he began walking as she instructed, knowing if he tried anything right now he'd risk everything. For now he'd play her little game, keeping his weapons ready.
