Someone showed me the spoiler code, YAY!!! So back to editing. This code should make my thread easier to read.
PLEASE LOOK AT MY PROFILE, that's where I had put my LIKES and DISLIKES.
As it says in the subject line, I am looking for a partner to write ROMANTIC stories with. While I was writing my likes and dislikes in my profile, I came up with a few romantic kidnap story ideas. If you're not interested however, in kidnapping the girl though, 'the kidnap' could be taken out of the story. Just PM me and I'm sure we could come up with something we both like.
I SOMETIMES GET A LITTLE CARRIED AWAY WHEN DESCRIBING MY IDEAS, BUT ALL OF THEM CAN BE CHANGED TO SUIT BOTH OF US.
ROMANTIC KIDNAP BRIDE STORY IDEAS:
Number 1: Stopping Best Friend From Marrying Someone Else!
NUMBER 2: Kidnap Soul Mate:
UPDATED JULY 1, 2014
Here I am again, with more story ideas. More than a few people contacted me about them, and that was before I finished making them easier to read! I guess I just needed to exercise patience.
I have been wanting to do a 'Mob' or 'Mafia' romance for some time. As for which of these two idea's I like better, I can't decide. So if you're interested, it's up to you which one we do!

ROMANTIC KIDNAP BRIDE STORY IDEAS:
Number 1: Stopping Best Friend From Marrying Someone Else!
She's been your best friend for as long as you can remember. Because of your job (or maybe hers), the two of you hadn't talked face-to-face in three years, but because of Email, cell phones and Instant Messengers you two still keep in constant contact with each other. In fact the longest either of you had ever gone without talking to each other was two weeks. Although she can't imagine not being friends with you, those two weeks you two didn't talk at all had gone by so fast for her that when you brought it up how long it had been, she'd sounded surprised and admitted that she hadn't realized it had been that long. It was probably that moment that you realized your feelings for her went deeper than just friendship. You thought maybe you loved her, but weren't entirely sure. You decided to ask her out on a real date. You'd make sure if she said yes, that it wasn't just an ordinary get together, that it was going to be a real, old-fashioned date. But when you called her, before you could even ask her out, she blurted out "I'm getting married!" and proceeded to excitedly tell you all about her coming big day. And of course all about the guy she was going to marry. By her voice you can tell how overjoyed and happy she was. But you.. it was as if a convoy of semi-trucks had run over you, and then backed up to hit you again. (if you like this one we can talk more about it in PM).
NUMBER 2: Kidnap Soul Mate:
You're her older brother's best friend. You are 10 years older than she is. You haven't seen her in ages, you remained in contact with her brother and except for the occasional info about how your best friend's family is doing (this of course included his little sister), you didn't know much about her life or about the kind of woman she grew up to be. You do remember how she had a crush on you when she was sixteen, how her older brother had warned you, and then threatened you if you even so much as thought about touching her or flirting with her.
You had agreed back then that the girl was off-limits. You were always nice and friendly to your best friend's little sister, but never more than that. Truth be told, even if she had been around your age (you were 26 when she was 16), she wouldn't have been your type. She lacked confidence, was extremely shy and clumsy and although not ugly, you wouldn't describe her as pretty either.
Fast forward 10 years. She's now 26 and you are 36. You've moved back to the old neighborhood, and your best friend and his family are having a picnic party in the back yard in your honor.
Complete with karaoke, the usual picnic foods like burgers and barbecue chicken, etc and of course there was the swimming pool. You were told to wear your swim trunks. It was summer time and the heat had been a killer so far, so of course they were going to be using the pool.
Shortly after you arrive, a young woman caught your attention. You didn't recognize her, but without a single doubt in your mind or heart, you are sure that she was the one.
You elbowed your best friend and asked him who she was. You didn't know why the question should cause your best friend to laugh, but laugh he did. A roaring laugh that caught most of the family's attention, including that of the young woman who had unknowingly stolen your heart just with her presence.
The young woman smiled at you as she made her way over, and asked "What's so funny?" to which her your best friend answered, "He doesn't remember you."
Immediately, she looked at you with amusement, "Really?" Then she laughed, not a roaring laugh like her brother's, more like a soft, brief giggle. "Well it has been ten years," she says, then introduces herself, "I'm Angela. Johny's little sister.." her dark brown eyes searched your face for any hint of a sign that you remembered her. "The ugly, clumsy girl who use to follow you around every time you came to visit Johny. Remember?"
But she was never really ugly, though she'd said she was shouldn't have been a surprise. You hadn't been the only guy back then that hadn't showed a romantic or physical interest in her when she was a teenager, so it was only natural that she'd think it was because she was ugly. No wonder she had developed a crush on you back then. Even though you hadn't flirted with her, at least you hadn't ignored her.
It took you a moment, but then you did recognize her. Except she barely resembled the teenage girl you remembered. She'd developed nicely, definitely more attractive now than she had been back then. But you've still dated more attractive women than her, so what was it about her?
Maybe it was because she was confident now. More sure of herself. Watching her socialize after she wandered away, you noticed how often she smiled and laughed. She rarely smiled when she was an awkward and clumsy teenage girl. The only time she had laughed back then was when you had told her a joke.
The difference in her now, compared to her back then was obvious. Back then she hated herself. Now she was a lively, pretty young woman who loved herself and those around her. She was happy. And you were positive she was your soul mate. Still sounding amused, your best friend slapped you on the back and said, "I can tell you're interested buddy, and you have my blessing, but unfortunately..." it was at that moment a young man around Angela's age got down on one knee and proposed to her. You barely heard your best friend swear under his breath and say, "I hate that guy" over Angela's loud and joyful "YES!" (if you're interested in this one, PM me.)

1. A Mob Guy Hires A Live-In Maid.
A single (or widowed) man, who lives alone and doesn't really need a maid, accidentally overhears a conversation at his favorite coffee shop (or bar, or restaurant). What he had accidentally overheard, instantly made him want to help her and without thinking about the consequences, or if even it was truly a good idea for either of them, he offered her a job as his live-in maid. So what did he overhear?
Nothing much, just that she'd caught her fiance in bed with a man. Of course he's now her ex-fiance. A stray black and white cat that she had been feeding got run over. Her piece of shit car finally died on her, which means she won't be able to attend her mother's funeral. Her waitress job doesn't pay enough to cover the bills, but the only other place that is hiring is the strip club -it would more than pay the bills but she doesn't want to work there. She's already a month behind on her rent but her landlord told her he'd let it pass IF she slept with him which she refused to do, swearing to her friend she'd rather die.
It was the despair he heard in her voice when she'd said the last, as if she were considering ending her life that worried him. And the next thing he knew, he was offering her a job as his live-in maid.
When she hesitated, he promised he'd take her to her mother's funeral himself if she agreed to accept the job. That was also when he recognized her, though he should have much sooner because of her southern accent which really stood out in New York.
Although he hadn't known her name before she started working for him, he and his associates, had seen her around.
She was curvy in all the right places without being plump, she was tall with long sexy legs. When he saw her she was usually wearing sneakers (a smart waitress never wears heels at work), but he assumed that in three inch heels she'd easily be even with him in height. With her fair peaches-and-cream skin, curly red hair and deep green eyes, one might assume she was Irish. But her southern drawl gave her away as being from one of the southern states.
She agreed to take the job after he reassured her that all he expected her to do at his place was clean and cook. Six months later however, she witnessed something she shouldn't have that put her on his father's hit list. His father was the Mob Boss. Though not often, he has killed in the past. But he didn't want to kill her. He liked her, a lot. She made him laugh and was very easy on the eyes. There is a mutual physical attraction between them, though both of them tried to pretend that there wasn't.
He blamed himself for what happened. After she moved in with him she refused to leave her bedroom when any of his associates were over. This bothered him, and offended his associates. But when he found out why he laughed, which offended her because she didn't think her reasons were at all funny. She knew what kind of business he was in and the reason she didn't dare leave her bedroom was because she didn't want to accidentally see or overhear something that might get her into trouble.
He had had to use the 'P' word to reassure her. He promised her that nothing bad was going to happen to her. He promised her that she was safe with him and that he wouldn't let anyone hurt her. But now it looked as if he was going to have to break those promises. Unless he or any of his associates, who were almost as upset about having to kill her as he was, could come up with an alternative that his father would agree to.
It was their family lawyer that offered an alternative that pleased the mob boss.
Spousal Privilege. Also known as marital privilege. If she were married to him the police couldn't legally compel her to testify against him. But the marital privilege only lasted as long as the marriage. Meaning if they ever got divorced the authorities could compel her to testify.
So it would literally have to be a forever or 'til death do they part' arrangement. Because his mob boss father swore that if they ever divorced he would have her killed.
He knew he wouldn't be able to bring himself to kill her, but any of the other guys that worked for his father could. They wouldn't like doing it, but they would if they had to. While the family lawyer was explaining to them what marital privilege was, Kaitlyn was in a back room being guarded by two of his father's men. Both men looked uncomfortable, and she noticed, sad. As if they were already attending her funeral. Her two guards were just as surprised as she was, when her employer strolled into the room with his mob boss father and a man she didn't recognize, but later would learn he was their lawyer, and announced that instead of a funeral there was going to be a wedding. (PM me if you're interested in this one.) This one I am really craving!

2. The Mob Boss' Daughter.
You're a detective working undercover. It took you several years to gain the trust of the Mob Boss. It was suspected that the mob boss had the local authority in his back pocket, though it couldn't be proven, yet. So you dare not ask for, or expect, help from local authorities. Your only backups were people you've worked with on past assignments whom you knew you could trust.
Your job was two-fold. To get incriminating evidence against the Mob Boss whom you knew was into drugs, porn and possibly white slavery, and find out who at the local authority were on the mob boss' payroll. Was it just a few? Or was the whole department crooked?
To accomplish both, everyone would have to be convinced you are a dangerous criminal.
Your fake criminal record is perfect, but of course it would be, it was created by professionals to fool both criminals and police authorities alike. In the eyes of the local authorities and in the eyes of your Mob Boss, you are in the big leagues in selling and transporting narcotics and human beings, mostly young women. Of course you also lived an extravagant lifestyle (it was part of your cover).
It took you a few years, but you finally gained the trust and respect of his goons, most of which were related to the mob boss, either through blood or through marriage. You also gained the mob boss' respect, but not his complete trust. Family was everything to your target. To win his trust completely, you had to become a part of his family.
And that is where his daughter Angela comes in. You hate to use the girl like this, but you had no choice.
Unlike the Hollywood movies which glorified the mafia lifestyle and mafia families, portraying them as if they were rock-star celebrities, the reality was really almost the exact opposite. For one, in the movie Angela would be drop-dead gorgeous. But this wasn't a movie, and when your backup, the few people you had working with you that you knew you could trust, showed you a picture of the 21-year-old Angela. The first thing you noticed about her was that she was very plain. You'd hate to say it, but she even bordered on ugly.
You looked at all of the surveillance photos of her, and it dawned on you why you found her so unattractive. Why most men probably found her unattractive. After seeing a close up of her face, one of the rare photos of her face without her hair covering it, or her head lowered. You realized it wasn't really her looks, that made her unattractive. It was her body language. it was the way she held herself, usually slouched, head down to avoid eye contact, not just with the opposite sex but with everyone.
Angela didn't have a lot of friends. Never tried to sneak out of her parents mansion. Never went to parties except the ones her parents went to, which meant that she was probably forced to go. She was out of shape because her favorite activities involved books, art, and computer games like World-of-Warcraft and the Sims. You also learned that even though she's had a few dates (with her father's goons chaperoning of course), she never had a boyfriend.
One of your partners informed you that Angela also frequently logs into an online interactive world called Second Life, and suggested to you that it might be a good idea if you created an Second Life account yourself and tried to hook up with her 'in-world' just in case. Possibly she wasn't as shy in second life.
So all of her hobbies were not physical ones. Instead of doing something physically active, like other society daughters would do, like tennis, aerobics, or jogging. But still, she appeared to be only slightly overweight. Either the girl naturally burnt off the pounds without trying, or she barely ate. You wondered which it was.
To get the evidence that would convict her father, you had to become part of the family. There was no other way. Which meant you had to become engaged to Angela, you might even have to marry her. But after her father and his men are behind bars you could get a divorce. You know she is going to be heartbroken in the end, and already felt guilty about that, she'd probably end up hating you. But you reminded yourself that she would be much better off, not to mention safer, with her father and his hired goons behind bars.
(Just a heads up, I want this to be a romantic RP, so I fully expect him to fall in love with her too. PM me if you're interested in this story.) I'm really craving this one too!
