Jacinda drove toward her next place. her ears flicking occasionally hearing the noise of cars. Sometimes she heard dogs barking and she smiled slightly. She turned the corner and drove stopping at several red lights. She finally reached the stretch of road and pulled up into a driveway. She got out of her car, locked it, and walked onto the porch knocking on the door.

RE: the other side

Rin sighed as he sat at his computer. This was absolutely ridiculous. He was fifteen years old, so for the love of all that is good in the world did his parents think he needed a babysitter? Another sigh, He knew why. He knew exactly why. He was their baby. They were being their normal overprotective selves and would continue to be for some time to come it seemed. He supposed it didn't matter much to him though. It's not like he was complaining. The sitter was pretty hot and very nice to look at. He was in the middle of a dungeon with some online buddies in Guild Wars 2 when there was a knock at the door. Well speak of the devil. Looked like he'd have to wrap this up pretty fast. As much of a shut-in as he was he still had manners and didn't want to lock himself up in his room all day. So as he continued his game and neared the end of the dungeon he allowed his parents to get the door: letting them greet the cat girl before they'd be on their way to wherever parents went when they went out.

RE: Kuziya and BlackJack95the other side

Jacinda stepped in and smiled at Rin. "Hey Rin!" she said smiling. As Rin's parents explained everything (again) Jacinda nodded. "Right I got it!"inned wider. she said grinning wider. She nodded one more time then gr

"Hey Jacinda." Enthusiastic Rin was not. He was more distracted than anything else more focused on his game than the beautiful girl behind him. Yes he was a pretty weird guy but he wanted to get through this game so he could focus more on Jacinda.

Jacinda smiled as the parents left. "So what kind of game are you playing?" she asked smiling wider. she sat next to him to him. She leaned forward to watch closer.

A small, relieved sigh escaped Rin's lips as he reached the end of the dungeon. That had taken a fair bit longer than he'd anticipated, but at least it was over with. After collecting his loot he was in the middle of collecting his loot when he felt the warmth of another body close to his own. The sudden closeness of this beautiful girl and her question took him way too much by surprise, so he couldn't help when he practically jumped out of his skin before turning his attention back to Jacinda as he closed out of the game. He briefly wished she was shorter than him, cause then he'd be in the perfect position to sneak a peek down her shirt. He stupidly started to try anyways but stopped himself and raised his face so he could actually look her in the eye. "Uh... j-just something I was playing t-to waste time till you g-got h-here." Rin did a mental facepalm at his pathetic stuttering, silently cursing his parents for keeping him locked up in the house 24/7. If not for that he was sure he'd actually be able to talk to a girl without that stupid stutter. Well, maybe. Probably not.

Jacinda laughed and grinned. "Cool game!" she said laughing. She looked into his eyes and smiled again. She sighed and leaned back into the chair. She glanced again and her tail thumped happily.

Rin laughed nervously, "hehe... yeah," he agreed distractedly, attention currently grabbed by the girl's tail as it thumped around. His hand twitched toward it for a moment but he snatched the offending limb back.

Jacinda flicked her tail playfully at him the stood. "You want something to drink Rin?" she asked heading for the kitchen her tail swishing happily.

"Sure. Whatever's fine with me," Rin stood, stretched, and yawned. He walked past Jacinda to the living room where the television was. Of course, he made sure to get as good a look at Jacinda's... assets, as he made his way there. Being a teenage boy full of hormones could get annoying at times. Whenever he was around Jacinda was one of those times.

Jacinda slipped into the kitchen and opened the fridge. She looked in then grabbed two pepsi's and closed it again. She walked into the living room handing Rin his drink. As she did she opened hers and sat down on the couch.

Rin took the can of soda from Jacinda, mumbling a thanks as he popped the top open. Sitting down beside her, he tried to come up with something to talk about. Something that wasn't stupid and boring like what he'd learned in homeschooling today, that is.

Jacinda sipped some soda then sighed. She studied the boy then smi;ed widely. She knew somewhat about the boy and she knew the silence was stretching. She had to think of something to break it.
