It is a series of porn studios that banded together and created a Studio town, where all the big, and small companies could co exist, as well as control enough of the local laws to ensure the success of there business. Not every porn studio in the united states is based out of Porn Town, just like not every single TV and Movie studio is based out of Hollywood, but its where the big boys, and those that aspire to be big boys go to play. Its a town of Agents, and of Starlets, both made it, asspiring, and never will. Businesses that are found in everytown USA but with a Porntown friendly twist to everything. Of course the town is more or less controlled by the big four, and 99-100 times there interests as far as the town go are aligned. Though of course they all have bitter and deep rivalries. A big Budget production released in december just in time for the Academy of Erotic Arts to judge the high brow material for awards season, The Scroties, the Oscar of porn. There is also an annual galla the first Saturday after halloween for the Golden Jugs , to judge porn on a more popular basis, equivalent to the Golden Globes. Mostly the GJ is awarded to the Big Summer Blockbusters. Each studio plans these, but dont release a ton of them.
