Anyway I was watching an AMV and I saw this clip from an anime and no one on the comment section could tell anyone what it was so... I was wondering if anyone here could tell me if they've seen this one? I have totally got to find it!
(found something about 'Long Live Ecchi' but that really didn't give much results at all.)
