This post will be edited and bumped for any new House Rules. For now:

Crafting: Increasing the DC by 5 cuts crafting time in half. This is cumulative. For example, increasing the DC by 10 reduces the time by 75% (half and then half that)

HP: Take max at first level, then the average every level after that, alternating between rounding up and down. For example, a second level character with d8 hit die and a constitution of 10 would have 8 HP at first level, 12 at second, 17 at third, 21 at fourth, 26 at fifth.

Prostitution: Make a perform: acting, perform: dancing, or acrobatics check substituting Cha for Dex, and consult the table. This is for one "performance". I'll arbitrarily assign modifiers should anyone care.

1-9: Skill check in copper pieces
10-14: As 1-9, but x3 (30-42 cp)
15-19: As 1-9, but x6 (90-114 cp)
20-24: As 1-9, but x12 (240-298 cp)
25-29: As 1-9, but x24 (600-696 cp)
30-39: As 1-9, but x48 (1,440-1,872 cp)
40-49: As 1-9, but x96 (3,840-4,704 cp)
50+: As 1-9, but x192 (9,600+)

So the most mind-blowing sex ever is still only worth about 96 gold, which is enough to buy a light horse and some equipment.

Dweomercraft (Magician Feature): A magician can use performance to manipulate magical energies. Allies of the magician gain a +1 bonus on caster level and concentration checks. This bonus increases by +1 at 5th level and every six levels thereafter. This ability relies on visual and audible components.

This ability replaces inspire courage.
 
Yes it does. Bear in mind that crafting takes a ridiculous amount of time for more expensive stuff. You may be cranking out scrolls now, but eventually (under the old rules), you could spend weeks crafting a single item.
