Furry island:
In the middle of the pacific a small island is owned by a young billionaire that made his money trading stock and buying and sellin companies. In the world a new race started to form from the human race where they start to grow fur and have more animalistic characteristics. The human race being discriminate against its own people discriminates the new race as making them into slaves or having their everyday life hell living with humans. The owner of the island sees the new race as beutiful where the rest of the world sees ugly. He takes in some members of the new race and let's them live on the island free from the outside world. Only catch is that the owner wants to see how mixing human DNA or mixing animal DNA would creat and everyone that lives there will mate with their selective mate and have a child.
