This is done in Daz Studio using Reality Render - do you do any yourself?
 
They're all attractive, but I like Jane the most. The cigarette instantly and completely ruins Michelle for me. I hate smoking. I don't play characters that smoke and I won't play with them either, just like I refuse to date a smoker in real life. It is one of the most disgusting habits that a person can have in my opinion. That includes "vapeing" too. You're just splitting hairs at that point.

3dsMax and maya, Mainly mental ray to render, haven't done it in a few year due to work and no PC but finally getting back into it.
