The rain was heavy that night as he walked home. Zak had been hoping to avoid the shower on his way from school, but missing the last bus forced him to walk the entire way. His umbrella kpt the dark haired boy from getting to wet, though his shoes where soaked as he walked through the water. He was a bit tall, slim, and wore simple cloths, though he was a kind sort of guy, just starting college after graduating early from highschool. He wasn't to athletic, so what he lacked in sports he made up for in books.
"Damn...stupid wheatherman," he said, a thin mist coming from his mouth from the cold. He swore to himself he'd never listen to the news for the wheathe ever again, it always seemed to be wrong. Of course his bad luck didn;t seem to help it any either. He decided to cut through an alley way that would get him a bit closer to his apartment. Of course he normally avoided places like this but in this rain he doubted anyone would even care to try to mug a simple looking student.
