"That's right Miss Morgan, according to the will your uncle has left you this building and the businesses that it houses. I'm aware you were very close to your uncle but had not spoken to him in the past year. I'm sorry we are meeting on such terms." Fin said as he followed her around the second floor of the building. The shelves behind the counter were filled from floor to celling with jars upon jars of dried tea leaves and fruit. The rest of the small place was filled with tea sets of all kinds, caster iron pots, ceramic pots, expensive glass ware she was to afraid to pick up. On another wall were canisters to hold the tea at home and tumblers so one could take their tea on the go. Fin was the Morgan family lawyer, and the young woman was now the owner of this building.
"What are the other two business?" She asked not turning to him. Her curly hair was held back by a pink and white polka dot head wrap and her brown and red curls stopped between her shoulder blades. She picked up a ceramic painted white elephant the left tusk was missing and she smiled at the memory of the trinket before setting it back down on the counter.
"You have this tea shop, a bakery on the first floor, and a bookstore on the third. Your Uncle was a very well rounded man,if I do say so. He wish for you to take it all, and continue to run it." He said and watched as she turned to him.
"Me? Run his business? I don't know anything about running a business." She said with a frown.
"Oh you don't have to worry to much. You have your six faithful employees, and then of course theres me. They've already promised to help make the transition easy for you, Miss Morgan." Fin smiled warmly at the twenty three year old her bright brown eyes dull and worried. "He left all this for you, protect it." She smiled and nodded.
"You're right. There's more paper work to sign isn't there?" She asked as he lead her to the office.

In the past six months Tanya Morgan had settled in nicely to her new businesses, and new life. At the age of twenty four she was quite the successful business woman even though she was still getting use to it all. Her tanned brown skin was wrapped in a flowing blue dress that fit her shapely body and on her feet were silver boots. Her hair was pressed straight and hung around her face. Her eyes widened as she heard a ruckus and then yelling. Moving quickly from around her desk she went to the main floor, the second floor and saw a few men dressed in suits. Her eyes narrowed as she walked to the men. It started as just some men wanting to by her building now it was now a weekly occurrence to see them. "No. What ever your offer is today the answer is No, and you shouldn't be here we're not open." She said walking to the door, and held it open and waited for them to walk out the door. "And if you come again bothering my employees I'm going to call the police." She promised
"You should at least consider it this time. Anyways we'll be back later when your open, Miss Morgan." One of the men said tipping his head to the both of them.
"I'm sure you will." She said with a sigh and locked the door behind them.
