Hello there! (read it with english accent)
Call me Kaeldanon. After a long while, I've came back to this site looking for fun roleplays. Given that the one RP I was looking for got covered, I suddenly have an idea for another roleplay, one on one with a female.
It's a bit obscure the fandom from where this idea comes from, but I hope it can appeal to someone. It's loosely based on Warhammer 40K, and I'm looking for to play a Space Marine who will fall for an Adepta Sororitas. Now, some Puritans will say that it's heresy, but Astartes knows better and in the end, as much as they are far beyond what can be qualified as mankind, they are humans after all.
The idea came to me after seeing this image.
For the ones interested but who don't know about this fandom, Warhammer 40K is a tabletop, strategy game played in turns based in a far future where mankind has colonized the Milky Way and are ruled by the idea of a supreme being, the God Emperor. Now, this God Emperor is no divinity, but actually the most powerful human that has ever existed and also an inmortal, but who is interred in a machine named the Golden Throne, after he was betrayed by his favorite "son", Horus, and mortally wounded in the climatic battle that ended his rebellion, known as the Horus Heresy.
When the conquer of the stars begun, 10,000 years from where the RP will be set, the Emperor in his supreme knowledge created from his own superhuman DNA twenty "sons", the Primarchs. And from the DNA of his sons created the template for his elite soldiers, the Adeptus Astartes (the Space Marines).
The Horus Heresy started because half the Primarchs and their corresponding Space Marine Legions betrayed the Emperor, giving his loyalty instead to four entities of pure thought that exist in a parallel dimension known as the Immaterium (which exists contiguous to the Milky Way and is created by the pool of thoughts and emotions of the creatures living in the galaxy). These entities, supreme powers of that dimension, are known as the Chaos Gods or the Ruinous Powers. They embody wrath, lust, deception and death, and with promises of power and faith (all religions were originally banned by the Emperor) turned the Primarchs and their Legions against mankind.
In a dark twist of destiny, after the half dead, half living body of the Emperor was interred in the Golden Throne, slowly but steadily a new faith in the divinity of the Emperor started to grow among the citizens of the Imperium of Man (as it's known the empire that encompass all mankind), so now the human race is ruled by a caste of bureaucrats and priests, holding with iron grip trillions of humans. It's the only way to face both the temptations of Chaos and the countless menaces coming from alien creatures (which are known collectively as xenos). The faith police, the Inquisition, will kill without mercy any human suspicious of even the slightest deviation from the Imperial faith.
And then there's the Space Marines, who know the full truth of the Emperor's nature as only human and that keep fighting for Mankind. They are all male, as the DNA that it's injected to them is only compatible with males.
About 6,000 years after the Horus Heresy, a new army that was created only to fight heresies against the Imperial faith. They are only female, and though they are not genetically modified as the Astartes, they are still impressive fighters and sometimes show powers far beyond humans. They are known as the Sisters of Battle, the Adepta Sororitas.
I hope that with this description it's more clear what I'm looking for. It's a dark future, where constant battle is the only certainty.
"In the grim darkness of the far future there is only war." Hopefully, there can also be love. I'm thinking in something around 60% plot (mainly adventure and battle) and 40% smut.
