All a starship really is is an enclosed, pressurized metal container with flammable substances used for power and fuel. Hydar's craft was no different, except for the fact that it had a time machine on it.
"Coordinates set... Locked in..." the purple-skinned alien grated. "Let's go."
Space erupted into brilliant colors as the time machine started up. Suddenly, there was a thud. The sensors complained, showing a large comet that had just bounced off of the hull, knocking the ship off course.
Hydar's eight arms were a blur as he tried to regain control of his ship, but it was too late.
Into the wibbly-wobbly warp of time he went!
