For a role play I need LOTS of people in. Here's the story and shit.
Story; After the year of 2012 when the so called apocalypse was supposed to enact, people were fearful of the oncoming end of the world. So much so they literally tore each other apart, in hopes of bettering their chances of surviving the said apocalypse. With such chaos, the world reduced itself to four supercities and only a handful of small villages around each supercity. Ghanda; the city of lights, Esra; the city of noise, Terra; the city of power, and Asagar; the city of trees. Each city then looked to themselves for survival and to the others for more power. With malice in their voices, and greed in the eyes, each city fights to claim the world under their power, so that they may live longer after tearing themselves apart for so long. Each city official has tried to rule the cities together in an alliance, but found each other too greedy for themselves to control the other. The alliance was disbanded, and each returned to their respective places in their cities, in hopes to take charge and command their forces to take down the others. All with their secrets, thought to be from legends and stories now come to reality.
Ghanda; the city of lights: This supercity, is well known for it's economy being high off the charts. it's people live in well to do houses, and well cleaned yards and streets. There isn't a soul in the city who doesn't make a healthy income and a well made living. The city earned it's nickname "The city of Lights" because of it's brightly lit commercial part of the city. It seems like night time never reaches the center of the city, nor it's large fusion power plant that sits among the hills behind it. Ghandas' leader and commander, Fallan Williams, a short pudgy man with a thick black mustache, and a short temper to boot with his scruffy black greasy hair. Always seen in a suit and tie, as he greedily gives orders to expand his city. Respected for his well kept economy of his people, he's not so respected in his greed for money, or power as he increases his military size and his well kept secret among the city. Though the man seems not well educated he has learned a secret from the world that all thought not possible. Fallan, has found a way to breed a hybrid of human and dragons. Coming up with enough power to make a small battalion of the hybrids, Fallan has seen to it that they be trained in the most respected martial arts, and self defense combats, along with weapons and vehicle controls. Though each are well trained and able to use, and drive any vehicle that comes to hand, they also come with their natural abilities with the control of fire, ability to fly, and a deadly tail with a razor sharp end that can cut through titanium like tissue paper. Their arms and back covered in scales harder and more durable than steel and strong muscles enabling them to hold one metric ton with ease.
Esra; the city of noise: Esra is a supercity that earned it's nickname from being the busiest city in the world among is adversaries. Esra is a more balanced economy with a moderate amount of a good economy, and commerce. Powered by a simple nuclear plant, hidden behind mountains to the east of it, Esra is ruled by a man named Ghengis Terry. A 6'2 tall boisterous man with a booming voice, short blonde hair and enough strength to bench press a school bus. Ghengis is known and respected for his fair play among all, giving the benefit of the doubt to both or all parties within an argument, and his well thought out ideas and plans to further build upon his city. His pride and joy is his city and the power of his military being known to have the best defense in the world while still being able to effectively attack their enemies though not with the strength of their defense. The one thing that Ghengis hides from everyone but his city, is the fact he has made a large pack of genetically engineered werewolves. Fit to the exact definition from the legends and fairy tales, each have thick fur protecting them from all bullet fire under 50 cal. Large husking pearl white teeth able to shred through solid concrete, and their super strength to run and jump beyond any normal human means. Their best weapon among their fearsome arsenal of attacks, is their bite which like the stories say can turn another human into one of them. Though unlike the storied these wolves don't need to wait on the full moon to morph into their beastly selves. They have to choice to change whenever they like, with their powers the strongest at night, and even stronger on a full moon. With these wolves in Ghengis's arsenal of military advocates, he's thought to have an impenetrable city, though some beg to differ.
Terra; the city of power: Terra, is a supercity with an extremely poor economy. The buildings are run amok, and gangs have more control of its' streets than the leader Hector Lok does. Thought with such a poor economy, and damnation running along it's streets, Terra, is well known for having the most powerful attack force in the world. The main focus of Terra is its' military, it's motives are the peoples thoughts that nothing is more important than to have an extremely powerful military. This fanaticism has lead to them building the best of the best in a military's ability to fight. Their defenses can't be said for much, but when on a rampage it'll take a little more than just a clip of bullets to stop their angry soldiers. Their leader, Hector Lok, is a average man, who is thought as a god among his people. He stands at a height of 5'2 with shoulder length brown hair, a well toned but not muscular body, and stout shoulders. The pride and joy of the city within it's military is their technologically enhanced soldiers, with a bio suit to outfit their enhancements. Much of the idea came from a crazed scientist who took video games like real life, and one day actually succeeding in bringing his insane ideas to life. Now he is put to second in command with Hector, as he works to enhance every aspect of enhancements for the soldiers. With such an aspect of an army, Hector believes his city will be victorious in the war to come, as he readies his troops for battle.
Aagar; the city of the trees: This is a supercity that has done an outstanding feat of keeping itself almost a complete secret from the world. Not much is known of the city, except that their leader, Selena Ipsilon a 5'4 slender figured woman, with waist length black hair, small rounded shoulders, also thought to be well endowed by god with large luscious breasts. She's known to be a seductress of men to get what she wants, whether it's power, or money she works her way around the right men to get her goal. She has done well enough so far as to succeed in getting to the top of the food chain in Asagar, and to make her main forces composed of black ops teams. Special tactical forces known from kids to be 'ninjas' of the army in Asagar. Their abilities to hide in plain sight, their combat specialties with bladed weapons and long range rifles as they work their way through both day and night to defend their home and attack their enemies, this force is something be reckoned with. Though Asagar is home to a specially trained black ops team of soldiers, their pride and joy is their genetically enhanced soldiers. Each chemically balanced to improve their healing rate, and feats such as athletics and acrobatics. Each has been trained to work with any kind of weapon or vehicle, speak 7 different languages, and equipped with Asagars best weapons straight from the laboratory and factory itself. These 'genome soldiers' as they call it, are respected by and known among only their people to be the best of the best out there.
