Tracking question

Hey, I noticed something in my User CP account, I sent someone a message and it didn't appear in the tracking section. The message is in my sent box now so I think I sent it but I'm not sure if not appearing in the tracking section means it never made it to that person.

I think that happens when someone clicks "deny receipt" when getting a message. It was likely an accident; I've hit that link mistakenly a few times.
