Felix

The wind was howling outside and was sounding inside the small cracs in the wall. Felix had huddled himself to together to warm as best he could. The room he was in wasn't huge and made of stone. He was resting his chin on his knee that he had drag up to his chest. His body hurt both from the cold and from the day's lesson. That what they wanted to call it. A lesson... But Felix knew it just was because they didn't had anything better to do. They couldn't get anything out from keeping him here.

Felix's parents once lend some gold or you can call it money, from a strange man. They was desperate. Felix was just a little toddler and his mother was waiting his brother when his father had been very ill. Years went by and now when Felix hit an age of eighteen so did some strange men come to their cabin one evening. He and his brother was helping out on the farm from an early age and liked to play together.
They did had a bad summer, the harvest was bad this year and hadn't bring much and then had the King rise the taxes. So when the fall came so was there almost nothing felt for the man to take. He came back every day in a week and every day did he took something else from they.

Then when they almost had nothing left to take, so did he offer to take Felix's mother and the payment would be done. Felix that had been listing on the whole conversation from his small room did rush out and offer himself instead. The man didn't like they idea first and left the house. Felix and his family thought it was over anyway. He and his brother had been outside chopping some woods when they had come. They was five people. Honestly so didn't he remember much from that day or how long time ago it was. All he wanted was to get free before they would break him completely.
Felix sat a light under the door and soon did it flew open. He pressed himself back in a reflex. But all they did was to throw something in.

Yurik Kael Van'Constantine
______________________________________________

"What the bloody hell do you mean father? You cannot just give up brother because of some age old deal... Pay them money!"

It all happened so fast. One moment he and his family were having breakfast and within the next his beloved brother was being torn from the safety of his arms. Yurik stood in agony as he watched his brother being dragged off by mysterious men...his father somehow able to keep his composure as he watched his youngest son...the first of his new queen to be carted off to some unknown lands. His knees felt week, legs wobbly like noodles...In an instant Yurik came crashing down onto the cobblestone road weeping for his kin. For a while he sat there trying to put the pieces together. For a while he tried to figure out why it all happened. No longer than a week did the crown prince wait to take up arms. He couldn't put to rest the thoughts of what the men may have been doing to his dear brother and quite frankly, didn't want to. As the eldest son and the heir to his father's legacy and throne he couldn't just stand by and do nothing while his closest family member was in trouble.

With only his horse, a few rations, his sword, and a sack full of money did the crown prince Yurik depart from his kingdom in search of his brother. It didn't take him long to find the hideout of where the men had once kept his brother in bondage. From what he understood from that which he had been told, his brother had been sold unto the next kingdom as a slave boy...Enraged the prince threw away his initial plan of bargaining for his brother's freedom with his own and the lot of gold he'd picked off from the treasury. Instead he decided to hack them all down, but, only after he'd received the location of which kingdom he'd been sold to.

THUMP!

The stench of blood and sweat wafted through the air almost instantly as the prince was thrown into the room where Felix and other captives were being held. For a moment it would appear to the other captives that the blonde was unconscious but, slow soft curses that quickly erupted into loud outbursts would surely prove otherwise. His wrists were loosely bound by raggedy rope the men had put onto him just to keep his hands in place long enough to toss him into the room. He quickly unraveled the ropes and pushed himself up from the ground to run towards the door the men had shut and locked. For a few minutes the prince found himself banging and kicking on the door ferociously before he finally turned his back onto it... Leaning up against the door he slid down it, slumping up against it as he'd hit the floor. It would be clear to the other captives in the dimly lit room that he wasn't just your run of the mill peasant like them with the way he dressed. His clothes were of the finest materials that gold could buy, indicating that he was either some kind of nobleman or perhaps even apart of the royal family.

A moment of silence passed by and the crown prince finally stood to his feet. Looking around the room he crossed his arms sighing heavily. "Please pardon my previous barbaric behavior. I'm on a mission to fin--" his voice fell soft and eventually quiet as he laid eyes on Felix. "Dear gods..." Astonished he rushed over to the younger male and took him into his arms--absolutely sure all of his problems had been solved. "Those bastards told me they sold you...Damn me for believing that cesspool of lies..." His hands moved to cup the back of the other's head as he continued to hold him closely in a warm embrace. His heart was pounding all the adrenaline pumping through his anxious bones, clouding all thought of rationality the prince may have had left. "I'm going to get you out of here little brother...." he breathed onto the other's cool skin as he continued to hold him close. He could barely see in the room. Yurik had thought the blonde was in fact his brother. He'd saw what he wanted to see...what he was anticipating from the very beginning. Thoughts clouded by the frantic state the loss of his brother put him in, he was sure that the blonde he was holding onto was his beloved Neo.

A simple delusion was all it was. The only thing Felix and his brother had in common was his fair skin and shimmering blonde locks... If he were thinking clearly he would've noticed the difference in clothes and even weight as his kin was a tiny little effeminate teen... His soft features a sure fact as to why they'd sold the boy as a slave and not a bargaining chip. He would have noticed. But, his love...his undying love for his beloved Neo was all too strong to let him realize all the signs of Felix being a complete stranger and not the light he wanted to see at the end of his long and dark tunnel of despair.

Flelix pressed himself back and looked at the new man. He was angry, furious. Banking on the door, Felix knew it was meaningless. He had tried that in the beginning and it only ended up in pain. His eyes could see somehow good in the dark. Just so he could see the other'a clothes. Felix's eyes went wide. They was still clean and amazing. There was only a few persons that could afford something the it. The other man stopped banging on the door. He sunk down on its side a moment after.
All the time did Felix look at him, watching to see what he would do next. But what he did shocked him.

The young man talked with him, called him little brother and the held him close. Felix whined in the embrace. It was to strong, pressing against fresh bruises.
"Excuse me..." Felix began. His throat was dry, hurting a bit when he was talking. "Could you let me go. You are hurting me..."

At the sound of Felix's voice Yurik nearly shoved the other away out of sheer shock. He fell back down to earth and it hurt like hell. He instantly released the blonde only to grab him by his shoulders to look into his eyes. He was Neo... His heart sank. He felt pathetic...worthless... How could he let those bastards just walk away with his brother? How could he. Yurik cursed himself as he stood turning away from Felix not wanting to even look at him. Some about him was similar to his brother and it was killing him. "I have to get out of here..." he said to himself as he looked around the room.

"How often do they feed you all?" he had many questions but, he knew they wouldn't be able to answer the ones he needed to know most. They were just captured slaves for the most part, unsure of why they're even there...

Felix was surprised when the other one pushed himself from him. He saw a hurt look in his face. Then did he rose up, turned away form Felix. There was something different about this man. Felix couldn't put his fingers on it. He looked up.
"You can't get out of here. I have tried so many times... As for food, well once every second day I think. I don't know for sure really. I am Felix, but the way..."
Felix didn't move away from the wall.

He was in a seriously bad situation. He didn't care about the food. He wanted to know how often the men visited them so that he could plan his own escape. He could rush them while they delivered whatever and finish his initial mission. He cursed himself silently thinking of what he could do. Looking at the people none of them seemed skilled in the ways of combat... They were just simple people. Looking back at Felix he managed a small smile of sorts before he began to speak.

"I am Yurik Kael Van'Constantine, son of Nikolaus Friedrich Van'Constantine, and heir to the throne of Iisolde."

He stood tall, proud even as he announced himself to the entirety of the room. "It is my duty as crown prince of the entire Iisolde region to protect you all. It is my duty to get you out of here." he spoke assertively and sincerely as if their problems were his own. Looking down at Felix he sighed. "When was the last time you ate then? And perchance might you have some kind of idea of how often the throw people---" he fell silent with a thoughtful expression on his face before rephrasing his last question. "How long have you been here? Before those other people?"

It was the Prince. The Crown Prince in the same room as him and all he did was to sit there? Felix put himself in a kneeling position. He did what his parents had thought him to do if he ever met a royal.
"I am honoured to meet you, m'lord."

He stayed there. Regretting the sitting position, it made him dizzy. "I ate something last morning, sir. They will come here tomorrow. There have only been me here, sir and I am sorry, I don't know for how long I have been here." He was breathing heavy by now.

"Please there is no need for such formalities. You may address me a Yurik for now." The prince wasn't so shallow to allow the other to treat him as royalty with such high titles when they were in the exact same predicament. "Maybe tomorrow..." Yurik said to himself as he watched the other. He was breathing harder than he was before. Now that reality was sinking in for the prince he noticed the chilled draft flowing in from the outside. The villager must have been in there for some days...possibly a week.

Walking over to Felix, Yurik sat next to the other and draped his arm around his shoulder. "Move closer...rest on my now." He was still quite warm from all the excitement just moments before, and was sure his overheated body would be warmth enough for the other male. As if Felix was his own brother he took the male's hands into his hand placing them onto his stomach holding his cold hands in place so they too could absorb some of his excess body heat. He couldn't help but be so friendly with the blonde. For some reason he couldn't turn off his big brother instincts...for all he knew Felix could lash out at him for being so touchy. In spite of that thought, Yurik wouldn't mind if Felix did. He often had to deal with his brother's rejections when he was feeling down and depressed....so he was quite used to having his help go unwanted.

"When they feed you, do they come inside?" he asked as he looked over at Felix.

Felix sat down as he normally would do. He felt the Prince arm around him. He was feeling warm, something Felix enjoyed. There was a deep sigh in relief from the boy as he moved even closer. His bruises hurt but it didn't mind him any more. Felix rested his head on the other's shoulder and then closed his eyes. He felt exhausted.
"Yes they give you a beating before you can eat... He whisper and yawn wide. "Mm... so warm..."

They beat their captives before they were fed? How did his father let such immoral and depraved acts be committed on his land? It was all so sickening to the prince. He was nowhere near naive or some kind of holy saint....but, such acts are punishable by death in his book.

He allowed the make to rest upon him peacefully. Having to deal with such craziness in his kingdom's land....letting Felix feel some kings of comfort was the least the prince could do..

"Rest as much add you need to kid...Next feeding time, I'm going to get us out of here."

Yurik said as he looked down at Felix. Very softly did the prince begin to pet the blonde's head before he laid his hand rest atop Felix's head as he gazed up at the stone ceiling....

The morning came early. Before the sun was up was did they come inside, two huge men. They was fast and Felix was still asleep when one of them took a hard grip on his ankle and drag him with him. The man and Felix went outside the door. The other guard closed the door quickly behind them so the Prince wouldn't get out.
A long moment later was the door quickly open again. Felix was thrown inside and with a loud thud did his whole side land on the stone floor. It felt like sharp knives being dig inside his skin. He moaned loud.
"Sorry..." Felix whisper to the other young man.
