*Ring ring ring*
The sound of the school bells echoed in the morning sky, signifying the start of a new day. A young man stands at the entrance of the main building looking up at the plaque in which the name of the school is engraved. "Nishizumi High School." The words seemed to roll off his tongue like a word spoken in a fine, Latin dialogue. But really, for him, the name might as well been left blank. It was like this with all the schools he had been going to over the past few years. It usually had to do with his mother moving around from job to job and he always wondered why he found himself moving around, never getting the time to get acquainted with his new surroundings. This time around, however, she seemed to reassure him that this time would be the last. After all, this was the town he was born in and raised as a child. Moving back here must have been some kind of positive sign, right? But still, there was that bit of hesitation in the back of his mind that kept him from truly believing his mother's words.
With it being his first day at this new school, the young man found himself standing before a new class of students. While he believed that he wouldn't have enough time to get to know everyone, his resolve held strong in the belief that the memories he would make with them would last for a long time. Before taking his seat, the teacher called him to the front of the room so that he could be introduced to the class properly. "Boys and girls, This is Cyrus Lacroix. He's a new student here and I expect that he be treated well for his first day here. Most of the students nodded in approval while the others simply ignored him and talked to their friends from across the desk. Regardless, Cyrus bowed to them and the teacher instructed him to take a seat near the middle of the class. Calmly and quietly, Cyrus took his seat and prepared for the day ahead. He looked from side to side in a curious manner, wondering if someone would introduce themselves to him. Maybe even a cute girl...
