Raven sniffed the crisp night air as he watched the stars above sparkle in the sky. He knew that it was now time to collect on an old debt that he had given to the family that had moved onto his pack's land. He was willing to extend protection because he knew he'd be able to get what he wanted from the family. It also helped that if he didnt just slaughter the family then he would be able to keep hunters from coming and trying to wipe out his pack as he had heard from other packs being hunted.

"Well now I think it's time to collect and see what they have brought." He looked at his second in command before shifting to his feral form as they made their travel through the woods to the outskirts of the town, to the small farmhouse on the borderline of his territory. He looked at the farmhouse before they made their way through the fields. Raven moved with his pack as they made their way through the pasture. none of the animals even making a sound as they were scared into silence at the sight of these large upright wolves. Raven looked over to his 2nd in command and nodded. "take half and move to the back of the house. I'll bring up the rest to the front and then we'll have our little talk."

Today was a big day for Ashley and her daughter. How come? Well, the reason it's a big day for them is because a pack, they recently joined for more protection, the Alpha was coming over to their land and see what they had brought for him, which is why Ashley woke up early. She of course prepared everything since last night and was a waiting for their arrival, but the problem was that she was worrying, and alot. She had nothing to present them with her and her daughter's honor, which frighten her.

Ashley beginning was worried. With little time to think and little gifts to present in order to show the their innocence and worthiness before the pack, it soon turned to panic. Ashley knew she should had stayed home more and think of something before they could arrive, but it was too late. Worrying she knew the pack would arrive any minute and ask what she have for them in order to concur and allow them to join the pack Ashley had no idea what to do next. Her eyes foolishly looking around their small house, they scanned the entire house as it looked for anything usual or something convincing for any Alpha's to be interested in. But what? Without out thinking before acting, she quickly went to work and search for something in the meantime. Luckily, she didn't have to worry about clothes she had on or anything that deal with appearance, because she was already done and dressed.

With little hope of searching and finding what could possibly convince the Alpha's interest, Ashley was out of ideas; she basically looked around the entire house but not her daughter's... Until suddenly her hand twitched when she heard a faded sound coming from outside, and instantly knew who it was. They were here. "They're here" She whispered, almost choking for a gasp. Ashley felt horrified then. How was going to explain?

And up to this point she've forgot to wake up her daughter.

Raven watched the farmhouse that held the humans inside of it. He growled abit as he watched the clouds stream across the sky and darken the night sky as he and his pack moved through the fields and through the pasture. He looked over at one of his younger wolves and told him to wait with the others as to not spook the humans that lived in the farm house. He kept himself in his large wolf form as he headed down the trail and up to the porch of the farm house. He looked over all of the farm animals and how they were all silent. He had made a pact with this family.

He would protect their lands and live stock from other tribes and he wouldn't bother them and force them off the land but in return the daughter would be come his pet, his bride. He was thinking about working to cooperate and live with humans despite them destroying the woods and forest that the werewolves called home.

Lynx, the 2nd in command or the beta just shook his head. He wasn't too pleased that Raven was making a deal with this woman when he should of just grabbed her, forced her and be done with it. Which is exactly what he did. A few weeks after Raven had made the deal Lynx had come out and spotted the mother alone. He had grabbed her and kept her pinned against the inside of the barn house as his tail crept along her legs. He told her that he was planning on over throwing Raven from the pack leadership and unless she wanted everything to be lost, herself the farm the animals the land and her daughter she would submit to him and become his pleasure slave.

Now that Ashley was able to hear the Alpha respond and honoring himself to protect the lands of their farm, she was pleased - but the fact she had to give HER honors and give her daughter to the alpha, Ashley wasn't too sure. However, if this was the only way for the two of them to be protected and watched on, from danger, this might be the only way to give what Raven wants. She then agrees with Raven's request and make sure to tell her daughter as soon as possibly, and probably - one day- make the young people meet each other. But, for now, it was just a starter.

Once it was final and agreed for now, Ashley felt little better but was still a little nervous. She wondered how would her daughter react. And would it be a positive one? But, for Ashley, she decided to find more information for later and just relax in the meantime. After all, she was in mid 30's and could be easily stressed out from thinking too much. So, she stayed away from that for awhile.

Days soon turned to weeks after the visit, and Ashley was pretty much relaxed and more in her mood. Today looked like a good day (and time) to feed the animals, after recently having a heavy rain storm and a day without feeding the animals, and decided to do that. It didn't took long for Ashley to changed into her farm clothing and head out the door before walking off to barn, leaving her daughter home alone and knowing she'll be fine and safe. Though, there would be most of the time she would worry about her daughter's safety, but since the pack decided to protect the lands of their home she knew she had nothing to worry about. With that, she spends most of her day and time with the animals.

First on the list Ashley decided to feed the grouchy pigs as they roam around the pen, snorting and squealing around as she guessed that's how they communicated and show sigh they were hungry. She smiles and pours their mashed up food in a long bowl before pouring the rest of it for the baby pigs, that were just recently born; not to long ago.

Once she was done and was about to move on, to the next animal, something soon halted her when she felt herself pinned against a wall facing a large wolf who was before her. She felt the wolf's tail as it crept along her legs before speaking, her eyes grew disturbingly then.

Listening to the wolf as he spoke, and spoke about over throwing Raven from the pack and his leadership towards the pack, a cold shiver soon ran down her spine as she frighteningly gulped. At first she was going to denied, but having seconds thoughts about her home and safety, the only place she can count on, she didn't want to lose everything. Especially the chances for her daughter; Ashley couldn't dare lose anything. But she didn't answer right away, she was too afraid to say something and was afraid something might escape from her lips. Thinking, she thought hard.

Should she listen to him or denied his requirements? Ashley was so confused, yet frightening.

Lynx had been upset with Raven's dealings with the Pack and now with the humans that were living on their land. He thought that with the way things were being handled was not in the interest of the pack. He thought that with trying to make a deal with the humans it would show that he was weak and other packs would come to challenge them for their land. It was then he decided that raven had to be bumped off as the Alpha and he would take charge. He grinned as he knew many of his friends would back him up when he decided to over throw Raven. It had turned to days and then weeks after the deal was made. Lynx decided to sneak to the farmland. He waited until Night when he saw the mother walking to the barn. He licked his lips as he stayed in his upright werewolf form and quickly moved, pinning her against the wall as he tail slid along her legs as he looked her over as one would look at a piece of meat.

β€œThere is going to be a new Order. One of strength and power. There is going to be a new deal and it will be of this. You will submit to me, to do with as I see fit, and when the time comes, if you have submitted I can guarentee that your daughter will not be killed when Raven is taken down from being our Alpha. I may even let her go, but that all depends on how well you serve.”

During these pass few weeks, Ashley couldn't stop thinking about what previously occurred between her and the wolf, who randomly appeared up in her land and told her nothing further than his future plan which was to overthrow the alpha, while she was in the middle feeding of her animal. Even for the passed days she also didn't have the courage to tell her daughter. Though, when night came up the following, Ashley stayed at her bed for almost the entire night and laid there silently, quietly thinking to herself while she thought hard. For hours she haven't spoken nor told anyone, including her daughter. She thought about keeping this to herself and keep it out of far reach from her daughter, but for awhile. The sense of danger was worrying her to much, and their land.

After the days it soon turned into weeks, and Ashley got up from bed and decided to head to the barn. Getting up from bed and walking downstairs she grabs her jacket from the hanger and puts it on. After recently hearing a noise coming from the barn and the animals itself, Ashley was concern what was happening and hoped nothing vicious was inside the barn. But just to be sure and check if everything is alright, when had her on her jacket that was hanging on the hanger she walks out the chilly night, closing the door behind. And once again, leaving her daughter behind.

Once Ashley reached out the chilly night, opened to the darkness itself, she quickly buttoned her jacket up to her neck and quickly walks to the barn, not caring where she placing her feet at the moment. And her surroundings; her eyes eyeing the big barn for the whole time and not daring to looking around. Her dirty working boots squishing the dirty mud as she walks, making that wetting sound and listening to them as she does.

A minuter later, the mother finally reaches and opens the barn door, peeping her head inside before her entire body stepping in. She checks all the animals and noticed they were fine, but she wondered still where the noise came from and wondered if it was her animals that made it. Without a exhausted sighed the mother turns around and yawns, her eyes heaving with exhaustion at which she was very much tired from her day. So, she decided to think about this, more further, tomorrow. But, at the same, when the mother turned, her eyes flew opened and noticed it was wolf again and watches as he pins her against the wall, his tailing moving along her legs again, causing her shiver uncomfortably and down to her spine. Ashley then gulped. Not again, she thought her eyes closing.

Her eyes soon reopening and looking back at the wolf, her eyes dancing around his wolf form as he spoke. Once he finished, she spoke then. "New order?" Spoke the mother, eyes growing exhausting, yet concern. "But, why would I want to serve you? I'm not interested for any particular man...- Also, why do you want to take down your Alpha so badly?" But, does this mean the wolf only wanted her, and not her daughter?

Biting her lips, Ashley had so much questions to ask. And starting from: why would I want to over throw the alpha?

She had nothing against him.

And neither does he.
