RE: Welcome to the Enrichment Center (0point7 x DonV)

The building towered before her, a mass of metal and glass, the design was surprisingly simple. Past the security gates, the whole thing wavered as she passed through the hologram projected around it, revealing a building more akin to a supervillain's lair than a research lab. The entire place was constructed from a deep black metal, though where light reflected the material appeared almost red. The central tower must have been twenty stories high, with many windows tinted a incredibly dark violet, impossible to see into. Five smaller towers surrounded it, each only around ten stories, walkways running between them and the central tower at the fifth and tenth floors.

A silver pillar topped each tower, each one supporting a contained orb of dark matter. The pulsing spheres of formless material each projected a crackling beam of black energy to a massive reciever atop the main tower, and between both adjacent orbs, forming a short of pentagonal pyramid above the facility.

The ground beneath her suddenly glowed, small leds embedded in the concrete lighting up in a path toward the main building's front door. At the door, a series of scanners awaited her, first a swipe of the card she'd been sent, then a retinal scan, and finally a bio-metric hand-print reading. Unseen, the overhang of the building housed sniffer devices, a grate beneath her blowing air gently upward as she went through the scans, the system checking for any trace of explosives.

The door finally opened, leading only to a blank room, where a young woman sat at a desk. Black tentacles came up from behind the desk, apparently part of her, typing on a half dozen computers at once. She looked up as Lilith entered, smiling to show a set of sharp fangs. "Are you the new researcher?" She asked brightly, before hefting a large silver revolver onto the desk. "Because if not I have to shoot you, and I really don't want to spend my lunch break cleaning that up." She spoke with a slightly bored tone, as if it were something that happened quite often.

The woman smiled, putting the gun away. "Great! Take a seat!" At the push of a button, a chair rose out from the floor for Lilith. "Alright, Eyes, yellow..." She looked down, the tentacles typing faster. "Hair, white... About 5'8'' I'm guessing? maybe 140, 150?" She continued typing after each answer, running through information as benign as her address and education, to an embarrassingly in depth questionnaire on her sex life. When the questions were done, the woman directed her to a door, which opened into an automatic walkway.

The conveyor carried her through a greenhouse, through a Plexiglass tunnel, right by a researcher talking with something that appeared to be a human upper body, in place of a massive flower's stigma. Her ride continued downward, through another tube, this one somehow underwater though she must only be maybe ten feet below the surface, what could only be a mermaid waving to her from outside. The conveyor stopped at a room of many doors, the floor glowing to direct her once again.

Within the next room, three of the walls seemed quite normal as she entered. Behind her, only a blank wall with a speaker and an intercom. Straight ahead, a small door, labled "Storage." and a long cabinet that took the rest of that wall, and most of the wall to her left. An exam table sat in the middle, normal metal, but something seemed slightly ominous. To her right was a sight that would make many run screaming from the room. The wall stretched into a hallway, with row upon row of tanks, glowing in various colors, housing eggs, lone organs, and every manner of slithering creature one could imagine.

"Please lay back on the exam table." Spoke a calm voice from the speaker in the room, saying nothing more than that.

With a sharp beep, shackles slid out around her wrists and ankles, binding her down to the table. A male walked out, an anthromorph similar to a salamander, with smooth orange and grey skin, standing tall at 6'4''. Upon his head sat two long horns, his tail swinging behind him. "Welcome to out research lab my dear." He grinned, running his fingers slowly up her side, under her clothing. "I thought they'd have had you disrobe before had, but I can work with this." He said calmly, bringing over tray of tools.

"I hope you actually read what you were signing dear. There tends to be far less screaming and struggling when the subjects know what's coming. For your benefit, I'll explain the procedure. You are going to be slowly converted into a breeding vessel, for the reproduction of dying or extinct races. You'll be carrying the young or eggs of various creatures, between which you will be operated upon to be capable of doing so. Understood?"
