Resizing a photo

Is there any way to do it. I have three pictures that need to be made smaller. The photos are on my request thread well at this moment I am editing bios into the thread

Using Photobucket or any image manipulating program. There's so many ways to do this it's ridiculous. If you simply cannot/don't want to do it on your own, link me the pictures and tell me how small you want them.
