Why not tell him to stop calling? Tell him to go fuck himself and that you hope he infects himself with an STD that burns every time he urinates? Don't answer the phone when he calls if telling him where to go is too much.

Simply make it clear to him that you no long want his attention and give him a clear warning that you will take legal action if the harassment persists. Record said conversation in any way possible, and then take legal action if he contacts you again. TADA
