Exhaling heavily and dragging his arm across his forehead, the dirty blonde watched the fog of his breath fade into the cold.
He pushed on down a rough path into the thick trees, a familar path from his youth. The memories were flooding back as he shoved his gloved hands into his coat pockets. Ethan recalled the large group of friends that ran with him down to a small clearing further in, the horseplay that took place made him chuckle. He was fifteen and his parents decided it was time to leave this life- move out of a state to start a new. It's been a few years since then, no longer a kid he returned to his hometown. Fonding resides once more in his childhood home, the two bedroom house was all too comfortable. Beneath his coat was a medium build, damn he missed the unmatched hikes this place had. Reaching the clearly he inhaled and smirked, looking over the old moss covered log they would use to lounge on. Ethan took a seat, unscrewing the lid to his bottle and took a greedy chug of the water.
