For as long as he could remember Anthony Beckinsale's job was to kill people. He would receive a mission and a target, and was always equipped with the weapons and gadgets needed to complete the mission. Of course he would be informed about why the target was being killed, but for him he couldn't care less. After all this was his job, it was what he was born to do. All that was required was the skill needed to use everything that was given to him. And he had a lot of skill, so much that he was always given the top A listed missions. Indeed he was the best out of everyone at the organization. No one could compete with him. Well, except for one person. His sister, and oddly enough the only woman whom he had ever had feelings for. It was weird he knew, after all they were related. But his sister was the only girl he had ever knew who could keep up with him, mostly because they trained since the day they could walk. In his head though, she would still always be second rank to him. But being that they were siblings, he never expressed his true feelings for her. Instead he would always put her down, showing and proving that he was the better assassin.

in his room he was laying on his bed as he played with his switchblade. The organization provided him with a rather large room and a lot of things inside it to keep him entertained while he was waking for his next missions. Getting up from his bed, he went over to the table where he would usually eat. Picking up an apple he used his blade to carve out a piece, as he started to munch on it. Turning on the t.v. he decided to check the news. Usually he would look at it to see what was going on in the world. Wearing his dark leather work pants, and a white tank top he walked to his chair as he sat down. "Couldn't these cheap bastards have brought me a bigger t.v.?" Anthony sighed, he always thought that because he was the best he deserved to have the best. He was cocky, but he had a reason too after he was the best.

"Agh!" Kate moaned, a blade making a scratch by the corner of her eye. She had come quite accustom to little scratches and scars on her body. The sexy assassin was fighting with an older gentleman deemed to pose a threat to the city. He had tremendous skill and endurance but it was nothing she couldn't handle. "I'll give you that one" she smiled, watching him with his knife. They had been in hand to hand combat but he had pulled a knife from under his sock, making things that little extra tricky. Holding up her fists she was ready to kick his ass until a call came through on her cell phone. It automatically rang in her ear, a device made by the agency to allow her hands to work freely. "Wait" Kate said to the man who wanted to kill her. Turning her back on him she pressed a little button inside of her ear and took the call.

Hearing a charge of rage she took a gun from her holster and shot the man between his eyes. "I did say wait" Sighing she stepped over the man's body and walked over to his desk, putting her feet up on the table. "Go on?" Her voice directed to the person in her ear. Kate was told about escorting something very precious and dangerous and she would need her brother to help protect it. "Really?" Leaning an arm down she started to root through the man's office drawers. Inside was a hard drive which she put in to a pouch she carried. Getting up she stepped on the tummy of the dead body with her high heeled boots and went through the exit.

"I'll have to meet him at headquarters then. You can brief me there." Cutting the call Kate smiled and left the building to go towards her car. Once inside she checked her face and knew her brother would give her abuse. Going through her bag where the hard drive was she took some face cream, smudging it over the cut, making her face look as good as new. After that, she drove off towards her briefing.

'Ring' the phone on top of the table began to go as a call was coming in. Sighing, Anthony quickly picked it up. The only people that ever called him was either his sister or the organization, he didn't have any friends. After all what use were they to him? "What is it?" He answered quite rudely. "Yea..?" His eyes widen in excitement when he heard that he was going on a new mission. But then he quickly frowned when he heard that he had to go on it with his sister, and even worse it was an escort mission. "Ha! Are you serious? Just send her alone I don't even want to take that." Anthony quickly replied, it was an insult to him that he was being sent on a mission with his sister to babysit some briefcase. He was about to hang up, when suddenly the commissioner of the organization came on. Suddenly he froze. Out of all the people in the organization, the commissioner was the only person that Anthony feared and highly respected. "I'm sorry sir, yes I'll be there." He said quickly.

Grumpily he got up as he threw on his black leather jacket, placing his blade into his pocket, he would always have a weapon on him just incase something happened. Grabbing his dark black combat boots, he exited his room as he made his way to the briefing room. Passing by some of his 'coworkers' they all greeted him excitedly. Even most of the girls blushed as he walked by, he didn't pay any attention to them. Nor did he care for them. They were all useless pawns he thought. Finally making his way into he briefing room, he was scanned in by a laser eye scanner as he sat down on a chair. "She's late." He mumbled crossing his legs as he sat back into the couch slowly closing his eyes.

Kate pulled up in her car, the door lifting up above to let her out. Staring at the headquarters she walked towards the entrance and scanned her ID card with a swipe. The further she got in to the building, the tighter the security got. A fingerprint scanner was next as she walked through the all white corridor. Things were very futuristic given that the year was 2058. Technology was becoming such a large part of the economy that it actually made decisions for humanity now.

When Kate had got in to the main department where she was stationed, some workers said hello to her as whilst she made her way to the briefing room. Leaning her face to a scanner, a white light came on and directed itself at her eye. 'Access Granted' a robotic voice said before a door slid open.

Walking in, Kate saw her brother slouched on the sofa with a woman on the computer at the desk. The commissioner was standing behind her. "Agh Kate, glad you could join us" his voice sounding like he had something stuck in his throat. He was quite tall and had a large frame given that he used to work out. Age had caught up with him though and he retired some years ago. The last of his brown hair was fading to give way to his greyish colour, the same with his beard.

Raising her eyebrows she placed a hand on her hip whilst the other through the pouch in the air containing the hard drive along with her other belongings. She knew that he would take the device and then place the bag in her room when he was done.

"So what is the mission?" Since she had got in to the room, Kate had ignored her brother.

Nothing pissed Anthony off more than when his sister would ignore him. Watching as she came into the briefing room, he sighed shaking his head. "Took you long enough, what happened? Were you failing another mission?" he laughed. Luckily she had cleaned up her scar, if she hadn't Anthony would have definitely laid it on thick to her. "I still can't believe I have to do a mission with her." Anthony grumbled still sitting up from his position on the couch.

"Anthony..." The commissioner said giving him a look. Sucking his teeth, Anthony sighed as he decided to let go of his pride. "Okay, now I'm glad that the both of you are here. This is going to an extremely important mission." Bending down, the commissioner picked up a black briefcase that was on the ground, as he slammed it on the table. "This is the briefcase that you will be escorting. The matters inside of it are extremely classified. It is armed to self destruct if it is opened any other way than using the security code." Lifting up the briefcase, a small touchscreen panel could be seen that prompt the user for a ten digit numeral and alphabetical mixed code.

"Heh. All that for just some briefcase?" Anthony said, thinking it a little much.

The commissioner turned to Anthony as he laughed. "I told you this is a important mission, this is going to be the very first A rated difficultly level five dual mission. You will escort this briefcase to the outskirt of town. Right by the wall. You must guard it with your life. It would be a down for not only us, but the city as well if this briefcase was to fall into the wrong...hands..." As soon as the commissioner had mention the wall, Anthony's eyes lit up. He was always curious about the wall. But because of most of his missions he didn't really get time to full investigate it. But this would be his first mission actually going to it. "So any questions now about your mission?" The commissioner asked.

Kate still didn't answer her brother despite his insults. Their relationship had become near non-existent since he had got big headed about his skills. It had begun when they were on a mission together eighteen months ago and had been separated. Kate had fallen in to a trap and he killed nearly fifty men to save her life. In response to her hug and thanks he returned a cocky arrogant personality she had never seen before. Little did she know it was because she had announced her engagement to a now ex-boyfriend which made him angry and jealous.

"No Commissioner" Kate said, walking up the stairs to the table and grabbing the case by the handle. Walking past her brother on her way out the door slid open and closed behind her. "I think you may want to catch up with her Anthony" the Commissioner said.

His sister was down the corridor, five men in black suits and ties coming to her side and walking with her. As they passed another entrance, another set of men came out and one of them was holding a case similar to that of Kate's. This was clearly of the highest order and needed attention to detail. Suddenly a huge explosion rattled through the building. Red lights beamed in flashes with the alarm howling wildly. At this very moment Kate was safe in her location, but knew she was walking towards danger. "This way" she commanded the men, turning in to another corridor.

Anthony had never been the same since his sister's engagement. He hated the low-life she dated, and he couldn't believe that she would choose such a weakling. Because of that, he always shot his harsh words towards her. As she left without even giving him so much of a hello or any notice of attention, he slammed his fist against the couch in anger. When the commissioner spoke, he suddenly snapped out of his little trance. "Huh? What?! She left with the briefcase...!" he said storming out of the room. If he had to do an escort mission, the least he could do was be the person that carried the briefcase. "Hey sis!" he yelled, but as he did he noticed that she had vanished. Sighing he watched as some men dressed in suits came up to him. "Bodyguards?" he said snarling, thinking of it as an insult that he needed more people to go with him.

"Don't get in my way.." he said as he shoved his way through the five men. As he was about to leave, he heard as the explosion rattled the building. And then the alarms went off. "Oh great....at least I can have some fun now I guess. Come on follow me.." he said as he was escorting the men, when suddenly a man dressed in all black came up with a gun from behind. He pointed at the man who was holding onto the briefcase. Quickly turning around, Anthony pulled out his switch blade and with lightning fast reflex he flicked it out and threw it into the head of the assassin.

As the man fell down to the ground, Anthony walked over stepping on his chest as he pulled the blade from his skull, blood gushing out as the man quickly died before he had hit the ground. Wiping the blood off on the suit of the man carrying the briefcase he placed the blade right back into his pocket before taking the briefcase from him. "They'll be more, keep on your toes. That guy was probably sent to snipe one of us off.." And with that Anthony headed to the exit. But little did he know the entrance to outside was surrounded by a dozen of men.

After she had turned the corner in to another corridor, people were running past Kate in a frenzy. The alarms were sounding loudly before they entered a fire exit which lead on to a set of concrete stairs. The sound of her heeled boots echoed through the long chain of steps as they climbed up to the top without any trouble. Heading towards the door she used her eyes to verify her identity which made it slide open.

Now on the roof, Kate walked in front before two men appeared either side of her, the fifth man walking behind her, getting a great view of her tight ass in her leather pants. A helicopter was resting on it's zone ready to be used when needed. "You all stay here" she said, opening the door and stepping inside. Flicking the switches the blades started to swing and swoosh in circles before gaining some lift. Using the stick Kate pulled up on it and made the vehicle jump up off the ground.

Now flying through the air she was starting to see the damage which had been done to the building. All of these people were charging towards it and it prompted Kate to flick up a cover with her thumb. Pressing on a red button bullets started to fire towards the enemy on the ground.

As Anthony walked on, the other men dressed in black stayed back checking on the enemy that Anthony had just killed. "Sir! Please wait..!" One of the men cried out as Anthony turned around with a grumpy look on his face. "Sorry..But we should probably equip ourselves." The man said obviously afraid of Anthony. Showing Anthony his hand, it had oil on it. "This man probably came from the vent shafts judging from the oil and dust that was on his corpse, and I doubt he's the only one that we are going to find leaving the building." The man had a point Anthony thought. Smiling he patted the guy on the shoulder. "You aren't as useless as you look..Come let us head to the weapons room then." Anthony snapped his fingers as he quickly turned and walked down the corridor. In a few minutes the group had reached the weapons room. The men in suits grabbed a couple of large machine guns and even some flame throwers.

Anthony on the other hand never cared much for large weapons. After all it would do nothing but slow him down, and make him a bigger target for the enemy. Instead he grabbed two weapons. A small pistol, and a grappling hook. The grappling hook had done wonders in the past to get him out of sticky situation, and the pistol was his signature weapon. It did well to deliver a quick and quiet kill. Placing the pistol in its case he attached it to his belt, right before placing the grappling gun in it's case and onto the other side of his belt. Looking around for some extra ammo he found some, laying right behind the pistol as all the weapons were cased in glass boxes for display.

As the men took their time to become armed, Anthony rushed to the entranced by himself he felt a bit worried about his sister. But he knew she would be safe. Upon seeing the entrance, Anthony noticed some men outside as they were shooting at something above them. Not knowing what they were aiming at, he quickly pulled out his pistol as he shot them from behind the entrance. Breaking the glass as the bullets quickly laid waste to them. Making his way outside, he noticed that a helicopter was flying above, it had to be his sister he thought. Sighing, he wondered why she didn't wait for him.

As he gazed up at her, he suddenly heard some gun shots as a second wave of enemies started to run towards them. Managing to dodge some of the bullets, he swiftly pulled out his pistol as he shot a round of bullets at them. Suddenly flame started to burst out as it engulf some of the enemies. Turning around, he noticed as the men that were to escort him had finally caught up with him. "Humph you can be useful huh? Cover me.." he told them, as he quickly ran after his sister in the helicopter. Pulling out his grappling gun from his jacket, he pointed at the bottom of it as he fired the hook. The hook managed to catch and hold onto something, he pressed another button that instantly zipped him towards the helicopter. And with that he managed to hitch a free ride, as the men from the organization did well to hold off the enemies from below.

As she whizzed through the air with the briefcase next to her, Kate was spraying bullets everywhere before realising that she still had a mission to do. There was enough trained people there to hold off the attack plus they also had her brother. Turning around she began to fly away when a loud 'clunk' noise could be heard. Frowning she assumed it was a bullet and took off at a faster speed. What Kate didn't know was that it was her brother hanging in mid air as she flew.

Whilst flying through the sky, Kate could see thousands of people gathering in the streets below. They were rioting for some reason and she didn't know why. It was as if the whole world had gone mad and crazy.

'Beep...Beep...Beep...Beep...Beep' the sound of the tracking device on the machine made. Someone had shot a rocket at the helicopter and Kate had only seconds to respond. Taking a dive to the left she hoped she had done enough but the rocket swayed to the left to and was heading towards her. Now diving to the right she was quickly losing altitude whilst flying in between skyscrapers.

It was no use though, it was fast approaching her and all Kate could do was brace herself for impact. Flying as low as possible she figured if the explosion didn't kill her then the fall would. Flying towards a bridge she continued to turn her vehicle as much as possible in a bid to give her time. As she tried to get near water the rocket hit the back end and caused a force to throw her in to the old iron bridge which was a land mark.

Spinning out of control the noise inside was like that of the alarm inside the headquarters. A she smashed in to the bridge the helicopter fell over the side and tumbled in to the river below. Miraculously Kate had survived, and the mechanics in the helicopter sensed there was water around it. Ejecting the windows off she was able to swim to shore.

Standing on the grass she looked up to see the bridge damaged. But seeing another rocket head towards her she could do nothing but watch as the brdige blew up.Flames travelled towards her and she started to run away picking up the case on her way. Metal parts flew in the air due to the force and one hit her on the back of her head, forcing to lay on the ground and miss the flames. Kate was now unconscious and unable to move.

The heavy wind blew Anthony, as Kate went faster. Holding on tightly to the grappling hook, he gazed down at the city. "What the hell is going down there..." Anthony wondered, but he didn't have much time to pondered the thought as he heard a rocket being fired. Looking over his shoulder, he could see as it was shot right at the helicopter. Judging from its movements, it had to be a homing rocket. Anthony quickly knew that there was no out running it. The only option for him was to flee from the helicopter. Looking down once more, there was no way he could survive the fall. As his sister started to jerk the helicopter left and right, he struggled greatly to keep his grip. "You idiot you can't out run it!" he yelled, but there was no way she could hear him.

Looking forward, Anthony noticed the old iron bridge. 'Water' he instantly thought, if she could manage to just reach the water they both would be able to jump into it safely. As the rocket closed in on the helicopter, Anthony knew that he wouldn't have time to wait until the helicopter fully reached the water. Swinging back and forth, he tried to build up some momentum. With a giant swing, he released his grappling hook as he shot himself forward. A few seconds after he released himself from the helicopter he heard as it was finally shot down by the rocket. The explosion also did well to help him reach the water.

Falling into the ocean, Anthony found himself buried a few feet into the water. Swimming up, he gasped for air. Collecting himself he looked frantically for the helicopter. Seeing it in the water, he noticed as the window had been ejected. Sighing in relief he figured his sister was safe. Maybe she was at the shore, he thought as he slowly made his way to it. Reaching about half way, to the shore he watched as another rocket had been fired. This time the target was the bridge. As the bridge blew up Anthony quickly dived under the water to shield himself from the metal parts that started to fly everywhere.

Quickly he continued on when everything had calm down. Upon reaching the shore, he looked everywhere for his sister. "Kate!" he called out. "Kate where are you!." Anthony's whole body was drenched in water as he moved around the shore. After a few minutes, he finally managed to find his sister. But to his shock, she was unconscious. "Kate...." he said, falling down to his knees he started to shake her. But it was no use. Picking her up, he held her in his arms placing the briefcase right on top of her stomach. There was no telling what could happened next, after all two rockets had been fired.

Anthony decided he would find a safe place for his sister before calling headquarters. After carrying her for a few minutes, he managed to find what seemed like a hidden house inside of the underground sewers underneath bridge. Underground seemed like it would be safe Anthony thought. Placing his sister on the bed, he pulled out his phone as he called the organization.

Kate had a huge bump on the back of her head which had caused her to be knocked out. The force also made her fall forward and whack her head on the grass. Unaware that he brother had found her and carried her to safety Kate was just drifting in a sleep until she was ready to wake up.

It was one day to be precise when Kate woke up next. Moaning like a zombie she lifted her hand to her head as she had a really bad headache. Her limbs felt stiff to after staying in position for such a long time. Trying to sit up she rested on her elbows and looked around the old room. Her eyesight was a little fuzzy and her mind was very confused. Looking back in to the past, her mind drew a blank each time. It was as if she couldn't remember anything. Swinging her legs over the edge she got a painful stomach cramp as she was starving hungry.

Hearing a noise, she looked up and got scared. Backing her back against the wall her ass sat on the bed with her knees up against her chest. "Who's there?" She cried out, seeing a male before her now. "Who are you?"

Anthony had feared the worse for his sister. After having examine her, he saw the rather large lump on her head. He wasn't sure if she would be in a coma, or what. And his sister wasn't his only troubles, it seemed the organization wasn't picking up no matter how many times he would call. Anthony stood by her side for quite some time as she slept. It wasn't until hunger started to have the best of him, that he decided to go out exploring for food. The area seemed safe enough for him to leave his sister. Upon back tracking his steps to where he first carried his sister into the sewers, he found that the entrance had been completely blocked off. Sighing, it seemed as if he would need to find a new exit.

Going through the dark, damp, and stinky sewers, he managed to find a ladder that lead up to the outside world. Climbing up, he pushed out the manhole as he entered the streets. Looking around the area that he ascended upon seemed almost abandoned. Buildings everywhere were destroyed, gazing over to where the bridge was he could see that it too remained destroyed. But he didn't have time to be sight seeing. Instead, he went through the destroyed building looking for any sight of food. What he managed to find was a couple pieces of bread, as well as some fruits. The items weren't in the best of conditions, but it was food. He even managed to find a large bag to carry the food back into the sewers. After a few minutes of walking he managed to reach back to the area that his sister was. To his surprise she was awake...

"Kate! You're awake! Heh, what do you mean who am I? I am your..." suddenly he paused. "Wait..you really don't know who I am?" he said dropping the bag of food.

Curled up on her bed still, she looked frightened and confused. It wasn't the Kate that he knew or had grown up with. This was a weak and fragile Kate who needed someone she could trust to look after her. "Who is Kate?" Wiping her sobbing eyes she held her palm out to him, not wanting him to come any closer. "Who are you?" Looking down at the bag of food he dropped he must of known she was there and wanted to feed her.

"Your looking after me?" Kate added, her stance falling and becoming more open. "What are you my husband?" Lifting her left hand she didn't see any ring there. "Boyfriend?" Looking up to him now, she thought she had got her guess correct. "What happened to me?" Lowering her legs to the floor she sat on the edge of the bed.

Anthony was shocked, she was a scared puppy, who didn't even know who it was. Stopping in his tracks as she placed her hand out, he was about to tell her who he was when she suddenly asked if he was looking after her. "I am looking after you..." he said softly, the next question made his eyes widen. Boyfriend? It was his dream to be her boyfriend, but there were siblings. Could he really tell her..? "I am your boyfriend.." he said quickly before going too much into it. Smiling he came closer to her, placing his hands on to her thigh he sat down next to her. "You hit your head..." he said rubbing it softly.

"There was an accident outside..." he recalled to her. "But you're safe now. Try to eat up..you've been knocked out for a while. You need your strength." he said leaving out as much information as he could about the 'accident'. Moving down to the bag, he grabbed a piece of bread as he handed it to her. "Here eat up.." he said with a smile.

Looking down at his hand which touched her thigh, the woman felt warm and safe, despite the ugly surroundings. "Why are we down here in this place?" Her head looked around taking in the scenery. Holding the back od her head where she was hit, it as still quite sore and tender. Kate had to forget about it though and instead had to eat to keep her strength up, just like her 'boyfriend' had told her.

After a few hours had passed, Kate was sleeping on the bed when she woke up again. This time she felt much better, feeling like she had her strength back. Even her head wasn't thumping anymore, although the bump was still quite sore when she felt it.

Anthony was happy when she decided to leave the question alone. Watching as she started to eat up he smiled brightly at her. "Good, just keep eating. This was the only safe place for us to be after the accident." he said spoon feeding her some more information about what happened. After a few hours had pass, Anthony looked through his phone while eating some bread and nuts, thinking about what their next plan was going to be. After all his sister lost her memory, thought he was her boyfriend, and they had failed their mission. Sighing, he looked over to his sister to see that she was sleeping.

Gulping a bit, he had to admit she was rather cute when she slept. He thought about sleeping next to her, but she quickly awoke. "Hey..how was your rest?" he said as he made his way onto the edge of the bed once more. "Remember anything..?" he said softly, not knowing what she would say.
