Riiiiight... Alexander popped his earphones out of his ears as he turned and walked towards what he was supposed to call his new home. To tell the truth, he didn't feel exactly at home yet, but that was because he had only been here about 5 or 6 months. Alexander had moved in to his aunt's house because he had been accepted to a pretty good school, but his family didn't exactly have the money to send him out into his own little dorm or the likes of that. For now, while things got better from the recession, he was to live with his mother's family, who just happened to live in the same city he would be studying. Alex couldn't whine at all though, they have treated him like a new family thus far, and he felt some what part of their family as well.

He placed the key into the door, turning and entering it. He saw that the house was quite and very dark, something strange for a house full of people all the time, and just before dinner time. He hadn't recalled at all that the family would go out, or anything of the sorts, perhaps it was just one of those weird days where everyone coincidentally went out to eat on their own. He closed the door and turned the light of the main living room, steps away from the entrance. It was about 7 o'clock, so it was just starting to get dark. The room was brilliantly lit to see that everything was pretty neat and untouched, way too odd.

Alexander was a tall 18 year old boy. He was of about 6'02" or 6'03". He had a pretty athletic build due to his sport practice. He was more normal than his cousin, Jesse, whom was considered by many, even inside the family circles, as a total nerd. He dressed in a casual dark gray shirt and a pair of khaki cargo shorts with blue converse. He had neatly cut brown hair, and a pair of stunning green eyes. His smile would make girls shy, with perfectly straight teeth (form having braces) and great charisma! His back was large and strong, he took off his back pack, letting it rest on the sofa. He turned left, and turned right, his curious green eyes wanted to see some type of life form around the house. A large dark house would become somewhat eerie. He finally yelled out, in his low toned voice, "Hello, anybody home?"

Jesse walked home from school pretty late, with having to go to club meetings and such after school. She was pretty tired and all, feeling the need to just straight home and maybe lie down on her bed or the couch, though of course she might end up asleep on the couch if anyone would be home even earlier than her. Jesse walked to the front and turned the handle on the door. It was a bit odd since her parents were still out, usually the door was locked and she would always be the first one in the house. Jesse took a deep breath and opened the door slowly, walking inside and placing her backpack behind the couch.

She felt pretty tired as always, but she was still able to do things like watch tv mostly if she had time especially with some of the homework she still had, surprisingly it wasn't much this time, but she still needed to finish it. Jesse gave another sigh and walked to the kitchen, deciding if she should take a shower or not, and she always would whenever it started to get dark out. She opened a cupboard and took out a glass, going over to the fridge and filling it up with water and drinking it, Jesse felt good to finally be home, hopefully no one minded to see her again.

Alexander had made a brief tour towards his own room. He had put away his things, making things all tidy as much as possible, since it wasn't exactly his room per sé. After a few minutes, as he made his bed, organized his books in to-be-studied order, and made sure there weren't any of his clothing on the floor, he heard someone ruffling down stairs. It was about time someone got home, surely he wouldn't be here alone for too long, he thought. He smirked as he finished organizing his things before he headed downstairs.

To his surprise, it was just Jesse, which seemed to be completely tired. "Hey there Dork." He said with a friendly smile. Jesse and Alex had the most confidence since he arrived, and he had grown to calling her names just for the hell of it. For her being older than him, he had already gone to more parties and got to know their school a bit better than she did, in certain aspects. "How was your day?" He asked as he crawled up onto the counter, sitting on it, watching her move about in the kitchen.

Jesse glanced around and saw Alex in the kitchen with her, of course she ignored his comment whenever he called her something. "Oh hey Alex, my day was a bit busy as usual, you know I have things to do right after school, bit tiring though as always." Jesse sat down on a chair holding her glass, and taking a sip from it. "Is there anything new you've been doing lately?" She asked a bit curious abut him.
