David pulled into a trashy looking gas station that had a few cars, Harleys, and big rigs at it. He gassed up his sporty looking black Camry and then went inside to pick up a few items. He had his sights on heading for Vegas as he was already driving through the Mojave Desert in Nevada. He had left Oklahoma, leaving practically his whole live behind there. He had cut himself off from everything and had few safety nets, but he wasn't worried.
David cut a lean figure, tall, silvery haired, unusual for a man just turning thirty. He cropped it short and kept it neat. Green eyes scanned over the junk food items. He was clearly a tourist as he wore a faded black Pink Floyd t-shirt and blue jeans that looked newer than old and his sneakers weren't covered in dust and dirt, but he didn't seem to mind being a stranger in a strange land. He picked up with few salty snacks and candy bars, along with a six-pack of sports drinks and a few porno mags. About as liberal as it got in a place like this was that they had a few gay magazines, and in addition to "Bimbos", "Asian Sluts", and "Busty MILFS", he picked up a mag called "Twinks Next Door." It got him a weird look from the mustachioed and gruff looking cashier, but he rang him up just the same. David wanted to get back on the road.
