As mentioned this is a sci-fi plot, themed around Star Wars or Firefly. Doesn't necessarily have to be in those settings, just one similar.
My character is a man who owns a ship and runs a small smuggling operation. He hasn't built his crew yet so he's running smaller jobs by himself. After leaving port on a job he finds a stow-away in his hold, an underage girl fleeing a bad family environment in favor of adventure and excitement. She convinces him not to drop her off at the firt port planet they come across. She's not a virgin and her lack of innocence could potentially be due to one (or several) family members, and one of the reasons she's leaving home.
Right now I don't have any plans for this to be long-term, but it could easily turn long-term with him building the crew and her showing skills as a starship mechanic. The long-term plot would involve the captain and the girl jumping through hoops to hide their sexual relationship from the crew. It could possibly involve her becoming sexually involved with several other members of the growing crew, each thinking that he's the only one she's with, save for the few people that might be using her simultaneously.
I don't have much in mind for romance. Her relationship with the captain is pretty straightforward: she's fucking him because she's more useful to him that way and the second she stops being useful she's off his ship. He's fucking her because she's willing, available for a fucking in the middle of deep space, and the thrill of fucking someone so young is an addictive excitement. She's had sex plenty before, probably with several partners and usually against her will (although enjoyment was usually derived from it), so she has little concept of sex as a taboo. It's a thing she can do with her body that's useful to other people, and these people just happen to be ones she's not particularly inclined to say "no" to.
