Hello, my name is Jacob Ludwig Karl Grimm, I'm one of the Grimm Brothers.
Everybody knows the fairytale of Red Riding Hood, with her sick grandmother and the big bad wolf. Well, I'm sorry to tell you... But that story your parents told you when you were laying in your bed, ready to go to sleep, is a total lie. That isn't even close to how it really went but well, you'll find the truth here. So continue reading if you are ready to get your childhood fantasy crushed... This is the untold reality...

"Red! Come over here," a manly voice said. It was Red her father, he was a woodcutter. His name was Erik and he was 40 years old. He was 'happily' married to his wife, Alice. They argued a lot mostly because of the fact that Erik was always busy and never paid any attention. Because of that fact, Erik was very reliable on her daughter when he needed help at something until the argument was over, then he would just ask Alice for help again. Everybody called the girl Red, the reason for that was pretty easy. She always wore a red cape with a red hood. Her grandmother, who was very ill, had given it to her. Everyday, her mother asked Red to go to the cabin of Red's grandmother, to bring her something or just to help her grandmother but now, right before Red was supposed to leave, Erik called her.

Red Riding Hood quickly rushed over from her mother to her father, wondering what's wrong after her father called her over. "Coming, father" She called back to him, letting him know she was on her way to him. Ever since her grandmother has been terribly sick with a sickness she had to traveled to her grandmother's and take care of her, until nightfall. Then, the next day. However, there would be also issues around Red Riding Hood that would get her so annoyed; her parents. Red Riding Hood wasn't really sure if this relationship between her parents was good nor bad, they would consistently argue and argue over things that she had no clue what about. But she didn't take part of it. Instead, she stayed away from their problems. While she was now standing a feet away from her father, she curiously wondered what this was about and finally asked. "Is this about grandmother?' She questioned.

Red Riding Hood was around those teenage years that other teenagers had trouble with: -sensitive, emotional, depress, pre-pressure, and desperate- for whatever reason they had; she also had it too. She worn a red cloak with a red hood behind her hand and a basket in hands, walking with it wherever she went her grandmother's house. Though,who knew what was inside the basket. Her mother always told her not to remove the cloth from inside the basket until she reached inside her grandmother's cottage. But it did sure smelt good; and Red Riding Hood would always wondered what it would be this time, inside the basket. However, Red Riding Hood was always careful about her surroundings and always watched out for the big bad wolf. Who knows what else living creature lurks deep in the woods...

Erik looked at his daughter and smiled. "Yes it is. Just be careful when you go towards her. Some of my friends told me that they had seen the Big Bad Wolf so I don't really like you being outside all alone," he replied. With his hand, he went through his hair and winked to his daughter. "I'll be taking a nap now. So please, be safe." Everybody in the town feared the Big Bad Wolf, an evil creature that lurked in the woods and was probably the cause of three children disappearing. Almost every month, a few huntsmen of the town went inside the forest, hoping to catch a glimpse of the creature and killing it but so far, they didn't had any success. The ones that have seen him, couldn't tell about the encounter anymore and those who survived, were to scared to open their mouth about it.

Before Red was going to take off, her mother called her and said that she had to return before the night fell. If she couldn't return in time, she had to sleep at the house of her grandmother. Alice was very scared about those things and her biggest fear was that something would happen to her daughter. But which parent wouldn't be if they knew that there were dark creatures living in the forest of which they only knew one off?
