Miss Blank properties are well known between the tenants for their high quality services in the city. Her properties are usually fully booked and its almost impossible to find another properties with a similar service.
Miss Blank spends most of her time in the main property she owns, which is a fifteen floor tower in the downtown. Most of her income comes through this tower and it is considered the prestigious one in between her other properties.
I have been one of her customers for the last two years, I was always amazed from her success in managing all of these properties and wished to own a similar business in the near future. I am running a small construction company with intentions of growing into a similar business of her's in the near future.
I made my mind to start a business with you, So I took an appointment from your office Secretary in order to conduct a meeting with you. this meeting may give an opportunity of having one of your projects under construction handed to my company.

Christy Blank is the owner/landlady of a number of properties in the city. She specialises mostly in residential properties, apartments, hostels etc, but also has a number of hotels and other enterprises on her books.
She specialises mostly in letting to young men, who seem to appreciate the services she provides. She has no lack of "takers", and thus her portfolio of properties is very lucrative for her.
Perhaps the fact she is a big strong voluptuous woman who loves dressing -- er -- somewhat inadequately has some bearing on her popularity with the men? Or perhaps she has some kind of reputation? Christy is 6ft tall, 225lb, blonde, and her measurements are 46D-32-44.
One of her tenants, a Mr Momo, manages some kind of business from his apartment. He has made an appointment to see Miss Blank about some proposal.
At the appointed time Mr Momo is shown into Christy's room.
"Well Good Afternoon Mr Momo!", says Christy, standing to meet him and shaking his hand. "I am Christy Blank. Pleased to meet you!
Let's take a seat!" and she indicates a couple of sofas around a low table.

"Afternoon Miss Blank, its my pleasure to have some of your already limited time, and i wont be taking mush of it."
We handshake, I am in my grey suit and light blue shirt underneath, a well taken care and athletic body shape with brunette Looks (187cm and 77 Kg). I follow your steps towards the sofa, and at the mean while, I look around to check the style of Interior Design and Decorations you prefer in your office as it will help me while presenting my work to you, then i wait for you to sit down first as a matter of being a Gentleman.
"I would like to thank you again for giving me some time form your schedule, and i would prefer to go directly into the topic. I will start by presenting my Company Nefertari Decoration Contracting, its a well known company in the market, we are responsible of contracting more than one Hotel in the town at the time being and it would be our pleasure to have your Projects in our profile."
I hand you our company's Profile, it contains a list of projects that we have done followed by a list of consultants that recommend us. The Number of projects is big and it contains hotels and Malls that reflect our high standards of Quality.

"Oh how very interesting!!", says Christy, as she takes the profile and proposal from the visitor. "I am always open to new ideas regarding decorating and appearance and ambiance in my apartments and buildings. After all, we are upper class, and we do have a certain -- ahh -- reputation to uphold."
Christy looks carefully at the projects which Nefertari have done, and is rather impressed. She likes the warm tones, the use of fabrics, etc, and also the architectural quirks which help to make the rooms into a warm, romantic, almost erotic experience.
"Well yes!", says Christy. "This is rather good! I would like to examine this further!"

"Its our pleasure that our work interests you for us to move to the next step. We are sure that we have a lot of proposals that will fit with your needs and requirements for sure."
Smiling, I fell more relaxed after your feedback since it reflects that our chances to work together is increasing. I pull out my business card handing it over to you, its very clear that the office already exists in one of your properties.
"I would like to ask about the jobs you currently have in hand so that we can present our quotations and start working directly, or if you would like we could arrange another meeting for that."

"OK!", says Christy. "Just be aware, that the jobs which I currently have in hand have been given to my firm to work on. You do look professional enough to not poach these and pass them off as your commissions, and I trust you in that.
"Here are some commissions I have at the moment"
Christy goes to her computer and prints off details and specifications of several jobs she has now. They are mainly for design and decoration for apartments of young couples, but also a few from single men and women. The main requirement her clients seem to have is that the result will be "warm, peaceful, romantic and .... titillating!"
Christy hands over the sheets of paper, which contains details of measurements etc, and also some sketches already made of what the results might look at.
"Take these, study them, and if you think we can work together with these ideas we will arrange another meeting! How does that sound Mr Momo?"
Christy stands up.

I stand up as i receive the documents from you, quickly going through them.
"I think these documents are more than required for the time being. I will leave them in my technical office to start preparing for you the required Quotations and Samples."

"I think our next meeting should be in our office, as it will make things clearer to you about our company, and thanks again for your time"

"Ok Mr Momo", says Christy. "You take all these proposals and jobs to your technical department and anyone else you think may be appropriate, and study and research them.
"Yes, I would love to meet you again when you have something to offer in the way of working together, and ideas which will satisfy our clients."
She stands, indicating for now that the meeting is over.
"So I will await your call when you are ready to meet again, and it would be a pleasure to meet you in your office!", she says, as she ushers him out the door, probably giving him a view in the process.
