(I was thinking about starting the present day part of the roleplay in a few posts to help create more of a backstory.)
It had been two weeks since the Death of Martha and Alex Delano. That night they were rushing back from their second honeymoon to see their two kids Francis (Frankie, the eldest child who worked and lived twelve miles away in a different city but was back from Christmas break to see his parents just to find out that his parents had left a month earlier for a second honey moon.) The other child was the baby of the family Victoria (Vicky) who had just turned seventeen.
~~Two weeks Earlier~~
Frankie Delano walked into the house he had just received a call from his parents telling him that they'd be home to see Vicky and himself in less than an hour. So he went to the kitchen and began cooking dinner for everyone which was something he absolutely loved doing. A few minutes passed and he heard the front door open and his sister walk in "Hey sis. Mom and dad just called they said they'd be here in about an hour for Christmas. So why don't you come in here and help me cook like when we were kids" he said remembering how much fun they used to have cooking with children. As he was whipping everything up though he heard the home phone ringing and so he grabbed a small towel that had a pink floral pattern and he wiped his hands off before grabbing the phone before answering it "Hello?"
"Yes is there a Frank Delano around" a woman's voice came through the phone.
"Why yes this is Frankie may I ask who is calling" he asked curiously placing it between his shoulder and head so he could continue talking to whoever was on the phone.
"Um, yes sir this is Alicia Redstone from the American Emergency hospital in New Medford and I was calling to regretfully tell you there was a car wreck here and we now have a Martha Delano here in critical condition."
"Wait you have a Martha Delano did you get a Alex Delano as well" Frankie said leaning against the cabinent lightly because he was feeling very dizzy.
"Sir I am sorry to inform you that Alex Delano was dead when he got here" Alicia said sadly.
Frankie dropped the phone and wiped his eyes realizing what he had done he picked the phone back up and said "Alrght we'll be there soon" he said hanging up the phone before running to ind Vicky "Hey don't take your shoes off we have to go to New Medford" he said looking at her she knew as well as he did that New Medford was an hour away and he knew she's question why "Mom and dad were in an accident according to the woman mom's in critical condition" he said not wanting to say that their father was dead.
