Undefined (HELP)

What They mean as I just got a message from them. Anything he types in the grey box is coming out as undefined unless he puts it in the title of the post or a PM. They are hoping some one knows what the issue is and how to fix it. They can still read messages sent to them.
 
This is a known glitch and has been brought up in this section before. It's a browser issue. Empty your browser's history/cache (you may also have to delete a few add-ons, that will depend on the browser and/or the add-on), restart... after that, things SHOULD be fine. If not, do try out another browser just to make sure.
