ember flipped through the large book, its manuscript was barely readable, even if it could be called English which it was not.
He closed the book his hand feeling the rough cover, he had no idea how old it was except that it was his fathers, he sighed at the thought of his father memory's started flooding in, like water from a water fall emptying into a spring pond, the night his father died was the day his mind decided to have selective memory for he lost a year in random memory's one of them ember was for certain was his fathers killer.

Pushing his raven black hair from his face, ember stood up and walked out into the library's main hall, the place was full of women for it was a women school meant for girls only. with one exception .....him, he sighed at the thought as he walked out briskly to the courtyard, on his way to his new room. It had seem that only days before he had been drinking coffee with his best friends and know he was here at the kinetic institutes, the school for kinie user's, mostly girls because male kinie users were rare, tat in fact made him rare so as he walked down the hall's all the girls looked at him oddly as if he was a monster.

As ember reached room 223 he knocked on the door, waiting for someone to open the door he tapped his foot against the wooden floor; apparently annoyed by all of this.

Constance was pleased as the relaxing, fresh air caressed her soft skin. She remained in her room, the only place, where she could be at home and felt truly safe. An ancient, worn out but thick book rested on her chest, while she did nothing, but stare at the pale ceiling.

On a normal day she would have been distracted by a book, or her own endless fantasies… but that particular day didn’t contain anything usual. First of all, the principal greeted her at the morning with the shocking information, that she will get a new roommate very soon, so she should prepare. Just thinking about it gave her goose bumps and made the woman feeling troubled. Constance tried to control her disappointment, but it just kept striking at her at moments she didn’t expect it to. It felt like a slight wave running over her spine and a poisonous sensation in her stomach.
The room felt like a personal sanctuary to her, filled up with her own thoughts, feelings, memories and energies, but now some stranger will blew away this beautiful harmony, which cherished the woman over all these years.
Constance didn’t maintain a good, or well to be honest any kind of relationship with the others. She was shy and didn’t talk too much, but never felt loneliness in her heart. She always managed to drift into her own little world, but now, someone simply teared her out of the comfort zone, and because of that, she was utterly displeased.

Quiet knocking dragged the woman back to reality. The noise immediately accelerated her heartbeats. She gulped as she convinced herself to open the wooden door. As the tall, manly figure stared back at her, she instantly regretted her decision. She never thought in her wildest dreams that from all those people who was in the institute, a man, actually, the very first man in that building, would be her roommate. Constance had to restrain herself from touching Ember, just to make sure this is reality. The cherry-coloured lips were now as pale and dry as the ceiling above them, eyes wide open. She was staring straight into the man’s eyes, dumbfounded. There was a rather mysterious radiation emanating from the man, which made Constance feeling mesmerized. From the outside she must have looked like a total weirdo, staring at a stranger without even a word, but in the inside she had serious fight with herself. She just simply wanted to tell the man, that he is in the wrong place, shutting the door at him, but her manners dictated otherwise. A long, grievous sigh left her well-shaped lips as she stepped aside.

- You must be my roommate, right? Come inside.

She murmured flusteredly.

Ember smiled at her, she seemed nervous as if she had something to hide, but this was usual when you just met some one you have never known or heard of before, sighing slightly he walked in taking in the view slightly, the room was full of book. She must live by herself currently, and she must be used to it.
He thought it cute the way she was acting, as most girls acted as he had walked around the institute looking for this one room, it interested him deeply the reason she had so many books, but to ask would be rude. He knew his manners and to disobey them would to disrespect this women who has accepted him as her roommate. He slightly thought it weird that he was to be roomed with a female student; but he had no complaints about it “ thank you, and yes you inquiry on me being your roommate is correct” he said this after taking another full look of the dormitory, placing his stare upon her a smile upon his face.

A thought occurred to him, he had yet to introduce him self “OH…sorry I have yet to introduce myself, names Ember……Ember Worth” His hand raised in a request to shake, he looked at her hand as he did this, smaller then his and seemed softer as well, of course this was the case. He had worked at the farm for ten years before he learned he had the ability be telekinetic, especially with fire! The thought made him cringe as he remembered the day he accidentally burnt down the farm trying to get a fire started, he wanted to chuckle out at the thought but this would seem odd to his…. Partner, if you could call her that.

As he waited for her to respond a memory came to him in a flashing visage, it was a man’s face that he looked at, it blocked out reality for the moment, it felt cold yet warm as if the elements were acting up. This was not the first time that this has happened to him, it made him worry for whenever this happened somewhere in reality something paranormal would happen, the man looked at him with its grey eyes, fierce and bold as if fire lay behind them; yet warm and soothing as if those eyes had been softened with age and love, he tried to speak but his words would not come out, as they usually could not. It made him angry that this had happened several times in the past week, he would try to communicate with it but he could yet to speak.

The face smiled as it faded from him leaving him to come back to reality, his eyes burned as he looked around slightly confused. Several books were suspended into the air shaking violent, and once he had realized this they all fell down back to their place, startling him a little as his heart skipped a bit erratically. “I’m sorry bout that…..it just happens sometimes without my consent” he chuckled out as his hand lifted again to request the elongated shake.

The weather changed outside in a moment’s notice, the soft breeze transformed into a chilly wind, blowing the woman’s snow white hair into the air. Her irritated cranberry eyes were measuring the man’s form, especially his raised hand. Constance didn’t move, she even turned her head away, signaling her rejection openly. In the other hand, even if she was mad, she prefered not to touch anyone. She was a clairvoyant, which granted her the ability to sense the world in a non-physical way, it was some sort of sixth sense. She felt the energies emiting from her environment, furthermore if there was an object with a high vibration, she could evoke the scene which generated that instense energy. However she couldn’t read other human’s mind, or predict the future, which made her glad, but she may be able to read a powerful past event from touching the person, if their bond is strong.

She felt the man’s unique radiation, which made her extremely curious, but her stubborness overcame this intense feeling. Constance was examining Ember’s face, when it suddenly turned tense and distant, as if he drifted into a deep corner of his mind. His eyes showed frustration, his flaming glace made the woman to recoil, the sudden change of atmosphere made her frightened, she thought that she was the one who made the man stiffed. As the air summitted around them, she saw it in the corner of her eyes that a few book rose from the bookshelf and floated in the empty air. Her heartbeats fastened as the adrenaline started to rush in her veins… then, the man’s face suddenly turned back to his normal, pleasent and friendly form, the fell down books proved this shift aswell. Extraordinary, suppressed energy was floating around the man, which made Constance feeling hard to breath, as if someone was sitting on her chest. She wanted to heap the man with every kind fo questions, but her stubborness was victorious once more.

- C-Constance… nice to meet you…
She moaned quickly and rushed to the open window, to sniff from the fresh air, hoping, that might clear her troubled mind. She peeked back at him above her shoulders, and when their gaze locked, her face turned into a poppy-red tone. She tried very hard to be mad at him, his calmness and kindess made her anger to slowly soften.

Ember was taken aback by her attitude, why was she so stubborn and ignorant towards him when she barely knew him , it was as if she did not even want him their. He sighed as Constance turned from him, the way she acted was confusing; it was as if she could sense his feelings, had she noticed the way he had acted when he saw the visage of the old man, when she walked over to the window to get a breath he walked around trying to get a feeling of this room, it made him puzzled why the room was so cluttered with books but he payed no heed to this as an urgent feeling screamed to him, he had to go to the restroom, but where was it? he looked around trying to find it as he muttered something to Constance " need...restroom, quick" He turned to his left, right, and then he saw it. He jumped over stuff dropping his bags as he closed the door behind him, and then he relieved himself the feeling of calm came over him as he stood up and zipped his pants.

He stopped where he was as he listened to the house, he wanted to see if anything paranormal was here before he fully made himself at home, he heard nothing. No tainted spirits no demons nothing, feeling a bit more relaxed he walked over to the sink, turning it to hot water he grabbed the soap in his hands, the greasy quality made it slippery. And as he was about to was his hands with the soap bar it jumped out of his hands onto the floor "shit.... uhhhhg why does this always happen" he groaned out loud as he bent over to grab it off the tile floor. As he grasped it around his rough fingers he lifted himself back up looking down at the water in the sink, an eerie feeling came over him and he was forced to look into the mirror, he did not like this part of the experience for he knew mirrors could show the parallel world, which was usually a horror to see if you had not seen it before, in this case he had seen it fifteen times before so he was used to it; as he glared into the face of a being named panantheron he grinned slightly, he knew this being well, it was the one who had told him of his powers of his ability, of what he could do with his life. " so its that day, you do know i'm getting settled in right? panth" he asked chuckling slightly, he knew what this occurrence meant, he would get his third ability, two more to go after this.

You may not know this but Ember is not just a telekinetic he is a soul coterie (partner), he was born with a soul that was one of his late ancestor's and it would help him until he fully matured, which meant until he got all of his unique ability's " so what ability is it this time" he asked slyly, he was allowed to act like this towards panantheron. For it was how panantheron acted towards him ever since he was a baby.
Panantheron looked at him and glared "DoNt ExPeCt ThAt It Is A GoOd OnE,...... WeLl It Is So YeAh. ThIs One Is ThE AbIlItY Of Asterokinesis...manipulate cosmic energy" panantheron grimaced as he said this, and Ember looked at him oddly, he had no clue of what that was but the definition gave him a strong clue. With the the sudden disappearance of panatheron he felt a cold chill come over him as the knew found ability swirled into him, it was immense and strong, and it made him feel dizzy.

It was like most times that he had gotten his ability's but this time the tingly feeling crept through his entire body, making his muscles weak and tender. He fell to the side unable to keep his eyes open, not aware of the mark on the mirror from panantheron's appearance; he was still awake but ember felt as if his body was stuck in one place, rigid to the core((the symbol: http://www.julietemckenna.com/wp-content/gallery/runes/333_mountain.gif ))

There was no need for Constance to help out, Ember could find everything, including the bathroom by himself. The woman rose one of her eyebrows… while Ember was busy in the bathroom, Constance were marching in the room up and down with a troubled expression once again. Of course, this institute was beyond normal, but she knew that the man beholded dark secrets in his heart. She had no reason to be nosy, it was none of her business. But still… the memory of those tense, flaming eyes occured to her mind from time to time, dragging her curiosity to the surface aswell. Still, the man looked like a decent, friendly one, he was just simply unlucky with this grumpy and shy partner, she thought to herself.
She was mocking herself when a sudden, loud thud came from the bathroom, alongside with a dreadful and utterly intense atmosphere. The woman immediately recognized this familiar feeling, which relentlessly roused nostalgy in her heart. Any previous, unpleasent feeling left her mind immediately. She approached and knocked on the door with a stern expression.
- Ember? Are you allright?
She spoke up quietly, but she already knew that she will not hear any respond. It was only an act of manners.
- I’ll go in…

She whispered and opened the creaky door leisurely. As she entered the room, an overwhelming amount of power dropped on her whole body. The air was massive and suffocating. When she glanced at the lying Ember, she felt an almost incontrollable urge to help him… but suddenly, the mirror lured her attention away. She glanced at the strange triangle suspiciously. She never saw anything like it, however there was a powerful, evaporating energy from the glass which she felt countless times in her life. Ember let out a slight growl, which made it clear, that he is conscious and aware of his surroundings.
Constance rose her arm towards the mirror. She wanted to know, what happened there. She wanted to know, what kind of identity was visiting this man. Her heartbeats accelerated as she was only an inch away… and when one finger finally touched the surface, as if some foul magic has been casted, everything went blank. She knew that she succesfully entered.

She found herself in a pitch black area. The only thing that seemed touchable was the floor, which suddenly started to collapse, from brick by brick. She did not panic, since she visited this place before, and knew, that there was no way to get hurt here. When the last piece fell into the eternal darkness, she was standing in the nothingness. The harmony of space and time stopped to function any further. She looked around with a determined expression on her face, and it did not take her long to find Ember in the bathroom. In the mirror there stood Panantheron. She relived every last second of this bygone memory fragment.
- So this is it… - she whispered, with an almost hypnotic state of mind. The object reading required a tremendous amount of energy, which was released in the process both from the woman and the object. She had to pay attention to not to tire herself out thoroughly, since she knew already that it would result in days of sleeping. To succesfully proceed in object reading, she had to sacrifice her own energy, moreover she didn’t want any negative identity to took notice about her or Ember, especially when they both were vulnerable. She was extremely careful.
Constance prepared for the „awakening” when she saw the last piece of the memory. This was the tough part. When she traveled back to her body, her subconscious mind released thousand kind of information, picture, memory and thoughts at her, all at the same time. It was an overwhelming feeling.

She recoiled as she opened her eyes. She broke into cold sweat, her breathing quickened. She had to sit down, feeling exhausted after such experience.
- A… Asterokinesis, huh?
She gasped. She would swore on her own life, that she sensed Panantheron’s dreadful gaze on her before the awakening. She did her best to control her body, as she slowly slided next to Ember. Suddenly all of her anger towards him slipped away, placing mere sympathy on its place. Her hands wandered to his face, caressing the skin softly.
- Ember…
She whispered, as her cherry lips extended to a slight, shy smile. Still, she almost didn’t know anything about the man, but the reading made it clear to her; Ember surely received a strong, and continously extending scale of abilites. But she blew away those thoughts, and payed only attention to him. She trembled thanks to her touch, while she was gazing profoundly into the man’s eyes, waiting patiently for him to take full control of his body.

RE: starting wrong (jelojohn and Chrome)

Ember saw her walk in, she seemed to worry about him only for a moment before turning to the mirror, he watched the whole event happen and it made him desperate to move, he wanted to get up. He wanted to stop her from seeing his secret, but before he could, he felt the chill sweep over the room and he knew that she saw what she was not allowed to see. As she came to she walked over to him and tried to caress him out of it, he had no idea why but it seemed to soothe his muscles a bit, his body relaxed to the touch of her hand and he sighed out in relief as his he was able to move his fingers, then his toes, and then almost his entire body.

He sat upright instantly gasping out for elongated breaths, he had felt like there was a pressure on him ever since he had fallen to the ground, and know that pressure seemed to admit its defeat and leave him. Looking Constance in the eye he grabbed her by the shoulders and gave her a deep emotional glare, as if to say 'what have you done'
he then asked her this same thing " what did you see, and why did you not help me first......kind of could not breath" he looked at her sternly as he tried himself to stand up, only to fall on his ass, " Constance...whatever you saw you tell no one....NO one ok, and I mean it!" his voice was raspy from use and his heart raced erratically as he tried to explain to her why she could tell this to no one " if you tell anyone,.... I will be put up for tests ok, that's what they did to my father and that's what they will do to me if they ever find out.... so please" this time his voice strayed and he seemed to be pleading to her, his eyes changed colors, a shimmering gold phasing through them temporarily until it dispersed and his normal green eyes came back.

Ember suddenly felt exhausted once again and he showed it by slumping down against the left wall " oh god...im tired" he chuckled out looking at Constance in a new light, she had a power he knew not of, and that was odd to him for he had studied almost all paranormal powers ever since they had been found, which was only a couple of years ago when his father and mother found them, of course no one knew of this and thought that Sigmund deari had founded the paranormal powers, he had taken his family's work and made it his own, in the process killing two of his relatives and creating one very pissed and vengeful kid. He got away from this thought and brought himself to smile at Constance, she had waked him so he needed to thank her " but...thanks for helping me" he said this trying another round of tensing his muscles to get himself up, this time though he got up with success . He chuckled "it seems that I can walk again" he murmured as he walked out into the living area, he walked over to his bags and zipped open the one on the left, iside were five books, two pairs of pants one t-shirt and a couple pairs of underwear, he grabbed the second book on the right and opened it up to look up his newfound ability, upon discovering what it was he walked over to the know dimmed balcony door.

Opening the door he walked out to the balcony and looked up to the stars in wonderment, how could he ever come to control such a beautiful raw thing, he thought to himself as he lifted his hand to a big blue star right dot in the middle of the sky, " hey Constance, come see this" and as he said this he dug deep down within himself and pulled on the star, not the star itself but the energy it gave of, its eternal song was now his, under his command. he could feel its energy rushing towards him at a thousand light-years per minute, it took a while for the blue gleam of energy to reach him, and as it neared him the weather changed slightly, the air around them became humid. Heat intense beyond any other, and as the energy reached his fingertips it dispersed itself into him, and ember felt a wave of energy run through his entire body, it felt like electricity with a mix of intense heat. And as the sensation ended he turned his body towards Constance, his eyes the same color of the star he had borrowed energy from, he breathed out and blue glowing dust came out filling the room with electricity. His hair raising on end from the static he laughed out loud " so is that all panth, or is there more" he questioned his deity, and in an instant reply panantheron lifted Embers hand pointing it towards the sky through the balcony, ember could feel the muscles in his hand clench and a feeling in his gut burned itself all the way into his hand until.....a blue gleam shot itself out of his hand, he could feel the heat coming off of it as it flew over and out of the dorm and out into the yard, as it reached the ground a loud pop could be heard as the ground exploded into a big lit up firework frenzy.

As the frantic action ended, all that was left of the front yard was a crater the size of a bus. Embers expression was priceless as he was bewildered at what he had done, he lifted his hand to look at it " holyyyyyyyyy........ SHIT!?!?!" he said exasperated as he started to panic " panantheron....the fuck I just destroyed the fuckin front yard" he yelled out into the air, although he knew there would be no reply, Panth always did this to him, leave him in a situation in which he could be arrested " im sorry bout that....I was not trying to....destroy the front yard..." he said this desperately trying to seem innocent, in which case he was not.
He felt panicked all of the sudden, and in a fury of movements he closed all the doors and windows, shutting of all the lights and electronics, he wanted everyone around them to think that no one was home, he needed not to be found out; he had only just got here so if he was to hide he should do so. " no one needs to know that I did that...k" he smirked at her only momentarily as the smirk was replaced with a face full of worry, he felt as if he was a criminal escapee and he was about to be found out, trying to relax himself he found a chair and slumped down in it sighing deeply trying to expel himself of worry's.

The man’s aroused reaction frightened Constance. She shivered through her spine, when Ember grasped her shoulders. She knew very well how it feels when you have to hide your true identity… furthermore the thought never even occured to her, to turn him over to anyone. She was simply happy, that she got this opportunity to finally meet someone who struggles with the same feeling, and that she was even able to talk to this person. She silenced her fear in a moment’s notice, sheepish smile brightened her face.
- Do not worry, Ember. I don’t want to tell anyone. I’m sorry, that I was too nosy, this was none of my business. I’m just…
She felt uneasiness rise in her, thus she downcasted her gaze. She didn’t finish the sentence.
The woman followed Ember’s every move with her eyes, as he slowly stood up and approached the balcony. She curiously follow him. She leaned over the banister, surprisingly pretty close to the man, which felt good, the weather turned chilly afterall, but Ember’s warmth made it more bearable.
Her eyes widened, as the man almost literally grasped on the star’s energy, pulling it closer to them. She never seen anything like it. She thought it is fascinating, and her pleasent expression proved this.
- Beautiful…
She whispered as she stared at the man’s face, mesmerized. When the room filled up with electricity, her long, snow-white hair almost reached the ceiling, making her look like a broom, both of them burts out laughing.
The man himself was fascinated about his newly given power. Constance watched with a portentous expression, as the man lifted his arm once again. She felt the energy became heavier and more massive around Ember, especially in his hands. The amount he absorbed from the star now gathered in his palm, shooting out a dazzling beam all of a sudden. She knew, that there will be an explosion, but never expected so huge. The glowing orb crashed into the earth with an inconceivable force, leaving an enermous crater. The generated quick wind-storm and the explosion’s earsplitting noise reached them. As the sudden fear reached Constance, she immediately jumped at Ember, folding her arms around one of his, she bit her lower lip.
- W-Whoa…
She was abashed. The man’s worry reached her, but only for a short time. She patiently payed attention to Ember’s every move and word. She waited until he felt silent, rabbling in his thoughts… then, she quietly stepped closer and sat down on the chair next to him.
- Don’t worry. They will never find out, that it was you who did it. The teachers and most of the students are sleeping already, but those who doesn’t surely didn’t notice you. Everything happened too quickly, afterall… if you are careful, you’ll get away with it.
She murmured, but her face turned red after the very first word. She could play with the words well, although her quickened heartbeats made her hard to breath. She doesn’t even remembered the last, when she comforted someone, moreover in front of this man, she felt even more flustered. She downcasted her gaze once again.
