do i just start an rp and wait for other to join? or do i need a designated partner like in the others? im asking because i dont see the names in the titles

There are actually rules listed in each of the subforums for the group-like RPs--they are stickied and should be read by all and they are alluded to in the site's main rules, which are listed in the Rules & Announcements section. But, anyway, before starting up any group-like RP, set up an interest thread in the appropriate section so that people know what you're planning, then when you garner enough interest, set up a profile thread in the appropriate section. After profiles are up, you may then post your actual RP thread. Some people also like to have an OOC thread to accompany their RPs so that they many converse with each other outside the RP. If you want to do this, you are free to do so, just be sure to set that thread up in the appropriate section as well.
