What version of D&D or it's many spin offs?
Do you want rules lite or something with more fiddly bits?
And the genre is pretty broad, while I know Corruption of Champions it's not very close to your standard D&D setting.
Also, what exactly are you trying to emulate with the system? A sex mini-game? Seduction as combat?

I personally use Lamentations of the Flame Princess, a Weird Fantasy rp system based upon the old D&D Basic/Expert box sets. It's fairly rules light and setting agnostic.
The main consideration though is mechanics, what happens after the fight doesn't matter. So what you'd probably end up with is a track like HP; but probably Wis based for any modifiers. Attacks would be done using Cha and I'm not sure how you'd rate damage. You can always set up a move list with different trade offs. Looking at the sub-combat system in Pathfinder might be useful.
