Help

So I'm sure this is something really easy that I'm too stupid to find, but where do I edit my account? I've tinkered a bit, and I just made it earlier today but I can't find anything.
Ex. The thing I'm trying to do most is make my pic. But I don't see an edit profile button anywhere. Probably really easy to find but help please.

And if this question was asked before or explained somewhere else forgive me, I didn't do a lot of looking
