OK, I'm looking to find a partner (or partners) to join me in one of two scenarios that I have tried to do several times and been sadly unsuccessful. 
Please note that a strong grasp of the english language is greatly preferred, as poor grammar is a major buzzkill for me. I generally can manage a few paragraphs or more per post, depending on the circumstances. If I start to slip, please PM me and we can discuss it. I will do my best to let you know if I'm having a writer's block or if I will be unable to reply for an extended period of time!
Now then, I can do these over PM or in a thread, either one is fine! I don't wanna do these over IM or email. Please PM me if you are interested and we can start hashing out ideas and get this show on the road! I hope to hear from someone soon!

#1 The Family that Plays Together
Starting premise is standard broxsis incest rp, but continues beyond that and has their single mother catching them. However, she decides to let it slide and even begins to start giving them tips in various aspects of their relationship. Eventually she gets so into it that she can't help it anymore and decides to join them and teach them everything she knows. Story beyond that is up for discussion. If a lovely lady would like to play both parts, that would be just fine, or we could have one play mom and one play sis while I play the brother. I can be younger or older than the sister, and age preferences can be discussed.
#2 River Oaks Apartments
I play a man who has purchased a ramshackle apartment complex and spruced it up into a rather nice place to live. He puts out fliers that advertise a free stay under certain conditions and that only women may apply. The catch is that to stay for free you must agree to do nude photoshoots for his porn site, and have the option of having webcams placed throughout the room. Despite this he always stays professional, unless one of the tenants is in the mood to get more personal. Ideally I would like to have one person do all the females for this one, as coordinating a large group is always going to be a hassle. I would like it if we could work our way up to at least 5 girls staying there at any given time, with some leaving and new ones coming in as things progress. Please only ask for this one if you think you are up to the challenge. I would also love to hash out some long term plot possibilities, as I have yet to come up with much in the way of an overarching plot for this one.
